perfectionist in his paint work and I have saved his number on my phone. Ayhan quoted the job based on the photos and was able to schedule the job quickly. He was transparent with the expectations of the paintwork as he mixed the paint and did not have the exact colour.

Super convenient and didnt have to claim on my insurance. I thought it would be a hassle but i simply submitted a quote on the website and Craig got back to me in a few minutes. I accepted the very reasonable quote and the job was done to showroom standard.

Quote process was easy and quick but after booking and rebooking the appointment 4 times after several no shows, I gave up. Last time they told me they were booked up for 2 months.

Pathetic Service response – Absolutely appalling. Rang and provided details. Follow up calls in answered. Then get a call saying missed call. Provided same information again and promised response within 24 hours. Still no response after 10 days. Bloody appalling and pathetic. Steer clear.

Bad customer service – Possibly worst customer service I’ve seen, didn’t reply with quote in time as stated in email, had to follow up again. Got a simply reply of “I can’t fix that” on 3 small scratches no bigger than a nail head. No reason why, no other info. Can’t imagine their workmanship if the easy part of customer service can’t be done correctly.

I had Gary Marshall out to my place yesterday 16/4 to repair some minor damage to LHF 1/4 panel. Also a ding in the side from obviously a supermarket trolley. Gary visited to view damage beforehand to assess and provide quiet. The quality of Gary’s repairs yesterday were absolutely brilliant. Repair of scrape on LHS of my car – Adam from Touchup Guys did a really first class job on repairing the scrapes on my car. I cannot rate him too highly. And the cost of the service was quite reasonable. Recommended.

Great job, good value – Jimmy, Taree arrived with his laboratory and paint shop on wheels. He expertly fixed up the nicks and chips on the bumper bar I'd inflicted on my car from hitting the posts in my car port, the stone chips on the bonnet and the edge of the door where I'd opened it against a brick wall. Great service and reasonably priced – George from Dural Touch up Guys came out several times to touch up the scratches to all our cars. After the touch up, the cars looked brand new. We would highly recommend George who is very reasonably priced and lovely to deal with.

Great service all round! – Woke up to neighbour having backed into my car. Adam arrived and corrected the damage within 4 hours of my enquiry. He did a wonderful job! Car looks flawless!

Disgusting job – We had touch up guys come out to fix a scratch on our bumper bar. For a small scratch he rubbed the whole bumper back (which I thought was unnecessary). The next day on inspection the paint had bubbled and there was scratches all over the bumper bar. We organised them to come back out to fix it again. refused and was very rude about it, that he would not fix the scratches stating we had done them, but it was clear it had been done when he rubbed it back. The scratches looked like # harsh key on your phone pattern. We are now going to have to go to a smash repairs shop to have the bumper bar fixed by a professional. I would not recommend this company at all especially the guy that looks after the central coast

the paint work that he did brought my car back to new! I’m so grateful, he did beautiful, exceptional work. The cost was affordable and well below my insurance excess. Hopefully, I won’t do anything silly again in the future, but if…I will choose Touch-up Guys again!
