Berkeley River exceeded our expectations which were already very high. The food and wine were excellent. All of the excursions were fabulous. A great adventure from the moment you get into the cessna at Kununurra to fly there
2nights Harbour Rocks hotel and whale watching cruise. Hotel was really great. Staff great. Whale watching fantastic. So quiet around the Rocks area. Restaurant at hotel Tayim was really good too
Lodged request for refund due to Covid have been ignored.
Refund request from months ago. Lodged request for refund due to Covid was referred to parent company who after more months referred back to Traveldream!! I get there are big problems but communication should be forefront in a reputable company...obviously not..
Traveldream refuses to refund tour costs(tour cancelled due to covid) even though they are only the booking agent! They may have incurred some minimal admin costs but this surely doesnt entitle them to retain the full costs. Very disappointed with their attitude and will not recommend them to any one.
We were booked to travel to China in September but due to Covid19 it was cancelled. Traveldream offered a credit for the money paid. We explored their offerings and found a Barrier Reef/Daintree 8 day trip that suited our timing. The cost was slightly more than the credit, but it was a wonderful holiday and a beautiful place. We have never dealt with Traveldream before so were apprehensive about what to expect. Lauren at Traveldream ironed out all matters in a friendly and helpful way. We could not be happier about the outcome. The accommodation and the experiences in the package were positively memorable. If this is what to expect from Traveldream we will certainly be much more confident in using them next time. S&J Sydney
Will never use them for Travel ever again. Be very wary of this company. We were fortunate to be able to claim on insurance. We had other travel booked with another travel agent also for 2020, totally different experience, received all our money back. If you book through these people you would want to pray nothing goes wrong.
My experience with Travel Dream has been very bad and I've found that they have been quite untrustworthy and dishonest. I bought tickets late last year and decided to get a refund as travel restrictions were introduced and we were unable to travel. They said they would deduct 20% for admin costs which I thought was a lot but agreed. When I called them a day later, they changed their tune and said that Vietnam Airlines had changed their condition, which is hard to believe as my sister had received a partial refund from Vietnam airlines. They pla...ced the blame on the airline and would not provide a refund as we had agreed earlier. I am understanding of the current circumstances that business is hard, but this is not the way to treat your customers truthfully. I would like more people to be aware of this company and not be put in the same position I am in now.
Want a Refund!
When we first bought the package, the employee said we could get a refund but had to pay a $950 service fee (very unreasonable!), then because of travel bans we formally notified them that we wanted a refund. The employees by email said that we could get refund TWICE! then they changed their policy and refused the refund and are still withholding out money.. Help!

Excellent Customer Service
Helpful staff who answered all my questions and went out of their way to give us the exact trip we wanted. I usually organise my own holidays but was so pleased with the service from Traveldream I will probably use them again.
Always Helpful and Good Value
We have always been pleased with Travel Dreams service and offers. The staff we have dealt with have invariably been friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to Lauren, who has assisted us on several occasions.

Traveldream 2 night Perth, 5 nights Broome
We have just returned from this trip.
At all stages we were consulted as to our prefences, we had expected that we would just be allocated flights.
The team at traveldream had to adjust our Broome accommodation, and provided superior accommodation as a result. We were able to upgrade for a very reasonable surcharge.
We felt supported at every stage, and feel we got great value for our money.
This is the second deal that we have used from traveldream, and it will certainly not be our last.

5 day Iceland Tour
This was an amazing way to see an amazing country. We were part of a "small" tour group, which meant no more than 15 or so people, and as few as 6 or 7. Traveldream's agent "Nice travel" were fantastic! The guides could not do enough for us - looked after our comfort and safety and had endless stories and interesting facts to share. Everything ran smoothly and was great value for money. Highly recommend this company for a great tour experience.
11 day Egypt tour with Nile Cruise
A fabulous way to see Egypt efficiently & safely. We were concerned about safety prior to the tour but found we had no issues as everything was organised by Traveldream's agent Expat Tours. The tour includes everything that we wanted to see from archaeological sites, the Nile river cruise was fantastic and a number of optional tours available as well. Airport pick up and drop off included. There are a few early tour starts.
Highly recommend this tour from Traveldream.
15 Day Highlights of Japan with Flights
I highly recommend this tour for 1st time travellers to Japan for sightseeing as language barrier!!! Overall the trip was great as was booking on line with Traveldream. Full credit goes to the Japanese tour guides at Tomato Travel, especially the tour leader Samantha and her team including Connie, Yumi and the coach driver Kimora San who were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. They went out their way to make sure our trip was memorable and exciting. And most of the people on our tour coach were very friendly and fun to interact with, which made our trip more pleasant.
11 Day Egypt tour with Nile Cruise and Flights
My daughter found this tour advertised on Groupon and we had always wanted to go. Family were concerned about our safety, but at no time on this tour did we feel unsafe. Many times a security guard travelled with us even on the bus. Traveldream were so helpful when we made our initial enquiry and followed up when we booked. Reminders for final payment and paperwork for visas were also provided . Dave in particular was very helpful.
We had an amazing 11 days covering the major archaeological sites of Egypt - pyramids, sphinx, Saqqara, Thebes, K...arnak, Aswan High Dam, Abu Simbel, Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Temple of Philae, Edfu, and Temple of Hatshepsut. From being met at the airport on arrival to the end of the tour everything was well organised. Expat tours ran the tour. Samar was our guide and she was so knowledgable and helpful. There were some early starts but it meant we beat the heat and some of the crowds. The Oasis Hotel in Cairo near the Giza pyramid complex was very comfortable and had great security. On the first night the group met and discussed the coming tour, optional tours and costs. The itinerary had listed all extra costs clearly so there were no surprises. The optional trip to Abu Simbel was breath taking and well worth the money. We also did an optional Alexandria trip on our last free day and was also good value. In the Valley of the Kings we paid $1000 Egyptian pounds to visit the temple of Seti I. This was an extra but it is the most spectacular tomb - a complete book of the dead. We also paid 250 Egyptian pounds to go into Tutankhamun's tomb which has his mummy and sarcophagus inside. The tour included three other tombs. We also did the light and sound tour of the pyramid complex which was an extra as well, but worth it. Because most transactions are in Egyptian pounds a stop at a ATM was arranged from time to time. The Oasis Hotel had an ATM in the hotel and at the attached shops in the complex. Remember to keep a few small notes in your pocket for toilet stops as often there is a charge. On the whole the toilets at the sites, road houses, restaurants we visited are all modern. The bus sold bottled water cheaper than most stops or hotels and was properly sealed. They have refrigeration on the bus. We paid 15 pounds for small bottles. The cruise ship was perhaps 4 stars, but the food was excellent and varied. When not on a tour we spent time relaxing in the pool or under the veranda watching Egypt go by. Magnificent sunsets and an always changing view. Plenty of time to mix with fellow tour travellers and relax. The rooms on the ship were comfortable and had all amenities. The stop in Hurghurda on the Red Sea was beautiful. We stayed at the Caves Resort, which was different to the advertised accommodation. This cave themed hotel was comfortable and very large with several restaurants and bars. A wide variety of food was available and drinks were included in the package. We had an option to go scuba diving, but when we heard we needed to head out at 7.00am we decided to spend the day in the resort. A group of us gathered under the beachfront umbrellas and spent the day swimming and relaxing. The beach is quite rocky so beach shoes would be great. Luckily the shop at the front sells them and snorkels/masks. We shared a mask and out on the reef were brightly coloured fish and coral. The resort also has two pools with bars. A very enjoyable day with other tour members was had. The trip to Cairo took around 5 hours. If you suffer from car sickness you might want to take something on this day and the trip to Abu Simbel (3 hours). The museum in Cairo and the market were our last stops on returning to Cairo. We enjoyed a stop at a cafe in the heart of Cairo where we could watch the locals, bargain with the hawkers, listen to the call to prayer and just soak in the atmosphere. On our last night we came together for cake and did feedback forms. We also got to thank our guide and pay her her tip.
Egypt 12 day Tour
Fabulous experience. A well organised tour. Egypt amazing place to visit. Accommodated our wishes to travel in a group of 5. Added any side trips we asked for, including a 3 day add on to Jordan at the end. Our tour leader was wonderful, Ahmed Hassan; highly educated and English spoken excellently. Our only minor issue were the few very early mornings - absolutely necessary?
