no response whatsoever. Since the trip is over a year away, we hadn’t yet purchased travel insurance, and we’re now left out of pocket with no clarity on whether we’ll ever see our money again.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We trusted this company with our plans and our money – and feel completely let down.

We booked a 19-day Alaska, Canada, and Las Vegas Tour with this company in May 2024. Apparently, Traveldream applied for Administration on 3 December 2024. Canada confirmed our flights as we had upgraded our seats personally. The land portion in Canada had only had a deposit of $200.00 per person paid. The same for the Alaska Cruise. We were told by Royal Caribbean that $6000.00 was owing and past due date. We had also booked our shore excursions with Royal Caribbean and now have to try and get that back. We have contacted the administrators and were again advised to contact our travel insurance but we hold little hope of recouperating any of any money.

Zambezi River Cruise & Victoria Falls. All accommodation was 3+ star and very comfortable. We were very lucky with our South Africa tour guide, apart from being a guide for 30+ years, he had studied animal husbandry and worked at Kruger National Park for 8 years so there wasn't much he didn't know about animals and he made sure that we saw the big 5 INCLUDING the elusive black rhino! The whole tour ran without a hitch. In Egypt it was just the four of us for this part of the holiday but we were still provided with the utmost attention and communicated with along every step. We had a couple of different guides in Egypt and they were both full of knowledge and passionate about their country and wanted to share it all with us. Whilst we felt the 7 day cruise on the Nile probably could have been shortened to 3 or 4 days we did appreciate a couple of days relaxing after the fairly fast pace of South Africa. We would not hesitate to recommend Traveldream and we are already looking at more of their trips for our next holiday!

obviously made up of the economy airfare from Australia to Egypt and from Jordan back to Australia plus Traveldream’s obviously very fat commission. Communication with the outsourced company through Traveldream was extremely difficult and some paperwork could not be completed, so by the time we left we were nervous wrecks! We then discovered we needed to pay all museum and site entries extra, plus approximately US$250 in tips cash - AU$ or card payments were not acceptable. And most meals were not included either. All in all, this will amount to adding an extra unforeseen AU$1000 to this trip. This company has achieved what I believed impossible: I never want to travel again! There are excellent reviews of this company on this site. I suspect they must have been either paid for or written by this company’s staff. Please don't use this company. Stick with Trip-a-deal. We should have done so.

A Restful Relaxing Cruise – Our Cruise on the Majestic Princess to Fiji (10th -23rd Feb 2024)was a wonderful time to rest and relax. variety of food and dining options. The evening entertainment was excellent but we had to be seated in the Princess Theatre 20-30mins before the Show in order to get a good seat (7.30 show). Our room steward was very thorough and very ready and willing to help if needed. We would definitely recommend a cruise on this beautifully appointed ship which offered so much for our entertainment. We especially enjoyed the talks on World War 2, James Cook and Captain Bligh and our destination talks. We would especially like to thank Kristen from Traveldream for all the help she generously gave us to set up the Princess Medallion App and to organise our cruise. We will hopefully be booking more trips with Traveldream.

Great service! – Amazing service. So quick at getting back to you & accommodating to the activities you want to do while away. Even while I was away & their staff were reduced over Christmas someone was there to respond to my emails when I had questions.

South Africa, Victoria Falls and Egypt wonderful experience – We went on the South Africa, Victoria Falls and Egypt Tour. This was a truely great holiday, we were totally taken care of with pick ups at each destination, assisted through customs etc. and never left to ponder which way we should go. two in our bucket list. Just ensure you take plenty for tipping, tour guides, bus drivers, safari guides, porters and toilets (yes toilets or Happy rooms as they call them)

Simply the best river cruise – Luke from Traveldream was very professional and knew his stuff. He went that little bit extra to ensure our holiday was the best. Booked Alaska Yellowstone and Rockies trip. Due to leave 24/5/25. Received advise 29/4/25 of Traveldream entering voluntary administration. were no bookings or if there had been a booking it was cancelled due to non-payment by Traveldream. Traveldream website disappeared last week, emails were unanswered, phones not answered. To see their website come back on line today is disappointing to say the least. Very much doubt will ever see any of the money owed to us.

We're not sure yet if they booked our Grand Canyon tour. We are still trying to find who's the tour provider of the Grand Canyon so that we can ask them if we are book or not. Been calling & sending numerous emails to traveldream but no reply. We went to their office address in Melbourne but no office there. To others just email or ring keywest tour to check if you've been booked, check the airline & the cruise company.They already knew what's going on. We rang the cruise company directly & they confirmed to us that we're booked in.So frustrating & stressful!

Traveldream gone into liquidation. Have checked flights are booked & paid - cruise only a small deposit paid. Tour booked but no deposit. They handled our insurance through covermore but they put the wrong dates on cert so that’s not valid either. Canada/alaska/las Vegas $20,000 - just gone

rebook everything but it’s so not ok. We had travel insurance which cost $900 but doesn’t cover company going into liquidation. Have had emails from liquidators but we can’t prove what we paid because when we go onto email about our receipt and click on it just comes up site not available . So unfair. Let’s all keep fighting.

I can't believe they sent a generic email, shut down, deleted their website and turned off their phones with no accountability or answers. Shocking - less than 24 hours before departure they email saying most accommodation and internal flights in the US and Canada have not been booked. 3rd party they have used in the US has gone under. Now their website has been shut down and no one is answering calls or emails since. HUNDREDS of people have spent thousands they are unlikely to get back now.
