Don’t use Traveldream
Would not recommend using Traveldream. Trip to Europe canceled due to COVID. Offered voucher for same trip for one year later at additional cost of $1000. Not able to get refund or use voucher in Australia. Given that Emirates and Royal Carribean are giving full refunds feeling very disappointed and angry.
Wouldn't book another holiday until covid is done. Travel dream I'd definitely book through.
I booked with traveldream for the first time and would definitely book with them again.
I booked Pelican Waters at Caboolture.
I've stayed there before and it was great.
But unfortunately this time around because of covid quite a few restrictions.
Room was dirty, the restaurant is shut only open for breakfast and dinner at curtain times. No bar so if your at the pool you can't just go in for a drink.
Breakfast comes with it but last time it was great choice this time very limited.

I booked the Mantra (Nelson Bay) through Traveldream for a getaway with my 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. We had 3 bedrooms for a 3 night stay. It was absolutely wonderful, the hotel was kept spotless. It was our second attempt to get there due to COVID and Traveldream were wonderful organising the change of dates with no problem whatsoever.
Berkeley River exceeded our expectations which were already very high. The food and wine were excellent. All of the excursions were fabulous. A great adventure from the moment you get into the cessna at Kununurra to fly there
2nights Harbour Rocks hotel and whale watching cruise. Hotel was really great. Staff great. Whale watching fantastic. So quiet around the Rocks area. Restaurant at hotel Tayim was really good too
Great price for a great location
The poolside bungalows at Mary River Wilderness Retreat are clean and comfortable and in a great setting. No cooking facilities, but we were aware of this in advance. Great value at this price.
Lodged request for refund due to Covid have been ignored.
Refund request from months ago. Lodged request for refund due to Covid was referred to parent company who after more months referred back to Traveldream!! I get there are big problems but communication should be forefront in a reputable company...obviously not..
Traveldream refuses to refund tour costs(tour cancelled due to covid) even though they are only the booking agent! They may have incurred some minimal admin costs but this surely doesnt entitle them to retain the full costs. Very disappointed with their attitude and will not recommend them to any one.
We were booked to travel to China in September but due to Covid19 it was cancelled. Traveldream offered a credit for the money paid. We explored their offerings and found a Barrier Reef/Daintree 8 day trip that suited our timing. The cost was slightly more than the credit, but it was a wonderful holiday and a beautiful place. We have never dealt with Traveldream before so were apprehensive about what to expect. Lauren at Traveldream ironed out all matters in a friendly and helpful way. We could not be happier about the outcome. The accommodation and the experiences in the package were positively memorable. If this is what to expect from Traveldream we will certainly be much more confident in using them next time. S&J Sydney
Will never use them for Travel ever again. Be very wary of this company. We were fortunate to be able to claim on insurance. We had other travel booked with another travel agent also for 2020, totally different experience, received all our money back. If you book through these people you would want to pray nothing goes wrong.
My experience with Travel Dream has been very bad and I've found that they have been quite untrustworthy and dishonest. I bought tickets late last year and decided to get a refund as travel restrictions were introduced and we were unable to travel. They said they would deduct 20% for admin costs which I thought was a lot but agreed. When I called them a day later, they changed their tune and said that Vietnam Airlines had changed their condition, which is hard to believe as my sister had received a partial refund from Vietnam airlines. They pla...ced the blame on the airline and would not provide a refund as we had agreed earlier. I am understanding of the current circumstances that business is hard, but this is not the way to treat your customers truthfully. I would like more people to be aware of this company and not be put in the same position I am in now.
Want a Refund!
When we first bought the package, the employee said we could get a refund but had to pay a $950 service fee (very unreasonable!), then because of travel bans we formally notified them that we wanted a refund. The employees by email said that we could get refund TWICE! then they changed their policy and refused the refund and are still withholding out money.. Help!

Excellent Customer Service
Helpful staff who answered all my questions and went out of their way to give us the exact trip we wanted. I usually organise my own holidays but was so pleased with the service from Traveldream I will probably use them again.

Are TravelDream and Moment Travel Ripping You Off Through COVID Crisis?
Moment Dream and Travel Dream have been atrocious with customers being victimised.
If you have issues obtaining a refund for your trip and are forcing you to pay for the entire trip or forfeit your deposit please join in a class action with slater & gordon. This company is categorically unethical and are willing to lie, steal or rob customers for their survival.
Traveldream 2 night Perth, 5 nights Broome
We have just returned from this trip.
At all stages we were consulted as to our prefences, we had expected that we would just be allocated flights.
The team at traveldream had to adjust our Broome accommodation, and provided superior accommodation as a result. We were able to upgrade for a very reasonable surcharge.
We felt supported at every stage, and feel we got great value for our money.
This is the second deal that we have used from traveldream, and it will certainly not be our last.

5 day Iceland Tour
This was an amazing way to see an amazing country. We were part of a "small" tour group, which meant no more than 15 or so people, and as few as 6 or 7. Traveldream's agent "Nice travel" were fantastic! The guides could not do enough for us - looked after our comfort and safety and had endless stories and interesting facts to share. Everything ran smoothly and was great value for money. Highly recommend this company for a great tour experience.
11 day Egypt tour with Nile Cruise
A fabulous way to see Egypt efficiently & safely. We were concerned about safety prior to the tour but found we had no issues as everything was organised by Traveldream's agent Expat Tours. The tour includes everything that we wanted to see from archaeological sites, the Nile river cruise was fantastic and a number of optional tours available as well. Airport pick up and drop off included. There are a few early tour starts.
Highly recommend this tour from Traveldream.
