not all builders do. Their pricing was quite good. At first it seems a little higher, but they had a lot more inclusions than something like Metricon. He largely gave me accurate and good advice. There were some small bits of info that were outdated, so best to do your own research, but largely he communicated well and was helpful. I then shifted over to Vivian for internal and external design. Vivian was very helpful in selecting all my options, and had a good idea of what is "worth it" and what isn't. And I'm really happy with the final look of the house! The only negative there was the communication internally in Trend was sometimes not always correct. E.g. Todd would say my build included something, but then it wouldn't be in the documentation so I had to get Vivian to confirm it. Though they were more than willing to go back and double check and make things right. Another point was variations and some design elements would get changed between discussion to design. So yet again, look at the design docs they give you carefully, but they were more than willing to review any potential mismatches and get them resolved. I think the internal and external selections stage is when there was some communication breakdown. Once it came to building, Luke was incredible. He is very knowledgeable and holds the builds to a high standard. He ensured swift execution of everything that was his responsibility. He was also very easy to communicate with and always gave replies quickly. Additionally, he was very accommodating to variations, and helped me find contractors for services I needed for the home beyond the scope of Trend. He didn't give me any problems whatsoever for any imperfections I noticed with the house, and he does his best to get them resolved. He actually pointed out many of them himself. Yet again, it's always good to do your own thorough inspections though as small things will inevitably filter through the cracks. Beyond that, Robecca managed my home from the admin side. She was very helpful in providing any documents needed by third parties or resolving issues with third parties such as Sydney Water delaying install. Thank you to the entire team for a really positive experience and a beautiful new home! It was certainly nerve wracking picking a slightly smaller builder for my first build, but now that I've experienced them, I would use them again for my next build. Especially if Luke is the site manager! Nothing is ever perfect, and every build requires attention to ensure nothing slips through the cracks, so my 5 stars go towards their willingness to resolve issues and build a nice home!

Worst experience of my life – I Put a holding deposit down on land in spring farm for a house and land package. Once I’d put the deposit down the sales guy said I’ll get the builder to send the contract to your solicitor. Weeks went by my solicitor hadn’t received any contact. Tried calling the sale guy from wiseberry he just avoided all my calls, tired calling the builders… Read more

main phone but it when straight to answering machine. I send the builder numerous emails but no respond. Finally got hold of the sales guy from wiserberry he said there was a problem with the paperwork. He said the house we sold you didn’t fit on the land, I asked him how could this happen? Apparently the builder had messed it up. I was willing to give the builder the benefit of the doubt because I’d set my heart on this land. (Cut a long 5month story short) the builder got the plans back from the council he put the price up by 50k I was raging. I Had to go back to the bank and get another 50k, once I got accepted by the bank I called the sales guy from wiserberry and yet again he said I’ll get the builder to send the contract to your solicitor. Again weeks went by and my solicitor hadn’t received any contract. By now all my family and friends was telling me to pull the pin on it saying the builder sounds unprofessional. I had set my heart on that land so I wanted it it was a perfect location. Anyway one Monday morning I get a tex from the sales guy saying the builder had put the price up again way out of your reach so just tex me you’re bank details I’ll transfer the deposit back. My jaw hit the floor after reading the text message. He didn’t have the guts to call me to tell me he done it over a tex. It took me weeks to finally get my deposit back from the builder. I wouldn’t recommend this builder or wiserberry to anyone not even my worst enemy. It ended up being 5 1/2 months wasted with them. STAY AWAY!

this is worst builder – built a home in 2019 . Had leaking problem in February 2020 but was told its leaking because of too much rain ? really? and leaked again recently and asked them to fix it still one month passed nothing has been done.
