Constantly dropping the ball – Constantly dropping the ball, with my last order, I had to wait 3 months for a products, even though the site stated 10-12 days. No apology or maybe a little voucher for the wait as I was a loyal customer. Some of their staff should be trained not to lie or bully customers. It's a shame as I have wasted a lot of money with this company.

Very poor returns service – Yes they give you a store credit, then it gets over looked so you are charged for the purchase but still have the credit, and so it goes on and on. Would not recommend or purchase from this company.

No lock when you buy a leather necklace – I bought two leather necklaces form this company which cost $50 each. The picture on the website shows the necklace with a basic lock attached to the necklace. come with locks and then started to search for a basic lock to buy. I was horrified to see that a basic lock is $75, which brings the total of a basic leather necklace up to $125. Maybe they should make that a little clearer and not supply an image of the necklace with a lock for $50. Who wants to buy a necklace without a lock to secure it with anyway?

YOU. The staff at Trollbeads Australia are sincerely wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your buying experience is as hassle free and pleasant as they can make it. Orders via the website are sent Express so you receive your treasures quickly. Occasionally, there will be a hiccup, but as soon as you let them know, they work with you to rectify it immediately. I can honestly say that I have never had any other company ever offer such customer service. 5 stars plus for this business!

wrong size chain? Swap it by sending it back& your new one is on its way! Honestly, these guys have just been marvellous to deal with. Even my kids have been able to jump online to order me something lovely as a gift, & that's just wonderful. I don't normally enter their competitions but they do have lovely competitions on, quite frequently. Beautiful designs& so easy to deal with. Can't ask for more. I was encouraged to write my review, for a competition, however, these are my genuine thoughts & I've been meaning to do this for a while. My only 'gripe' would be their use of the birthday code- I'd love that it was able to be used in the month preceding your birthday, rather than after. Because my family are very good now at ordering my things on time for my birthday! :)

A handy system – Fast postage, nice packaging, but not wasteful. I like trollbeads because they're smaller then most other brands, so they'll fit on. I also like the simplicity of just wearing a bracelet chain with their clasps. Glass and silver beads are detailed and pretty, with handmade organic details. I've worn their stuff several times by accident while doing yard work, and it's held up beautifully. Very hard wearing and chip resistant. Show details
