Absolute scam - paid the money but did not receive filters – I ordered filters. They took my money. They did not deliver the filters. They will not answer calls.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS – Stole our money and have not supplied goods. Will not reply to emails. No phone number available. Live chat on website not available. Uncontactable bathplugs Company should be forced to close and their website blacklisted. Absolute shonky company

request a refund. The next day I get an email saying my order is being prepared for shipping. I had read this was a tactic to put you off for a while so contact my bank to start a dispute to get my money back. After one week, AusPost say they’ve picked up my order(19/9/20). Now it is more real, but what is AusPost picked up? I’m thinking an empty box is on its way to mess with me and delay me trying to get a refund. Fast forward to 30/9/20 and I get a delivery. To my utter disbelief, I open the box to find exactly what I ordered, with the correct plug and even all the necessary fittings required as per Australian legislation. It’s hooked up and running perfectly. It took a while, but it seems for once this company actually delivered on an order!

Don’t order anything! Missing items delivered! – I ordered 2 x types of filters, and only received 1 x lot of filters only! It’s very hard to contact them with a response back relating to my short delivery, and lying stating that my filters had both left! Non delivery of product – I have previously ordered water filters through them without issue. But ordered one in Dec 2022. Have not received it. Contacted them via email in Feb, they replied saying it would be dispatched within 10 days. I have emailed again numerous times in the last month or so. No response.

No email address, no phone number, only bot running the online chat, and autoreply email that sends a response every 5 days telling you to wait for another 5 days for someone to attend your query. Scam, save your money – True Water Australia I ordered 4 filters in January last year and never received them, no response to my 6 emails and eventually I just started getting auto replies saying their inbox was full. At this point it’s obvious I’ve been scammed I just cannot believe I still receive promotional emails from them and their site is still up

Shipped item back, they confirmed receipt of item, no refund issued. Have been chasing them since. It is now January 2023 and am in the process of taking them to Small Claims court in SA.
Do not purchase from this company, even NSW state government has advised against it (https://www.nsw.gov.au/customer-service/media-releases/public-warning-against-tru-water).
Be nice if companies were made to publish this on their front page (MSY had to...) as it doesn't come up when googling a product.
