Computer issues solved quick – Went in to get my computer fixed had issues with my PC, I previously purchased my computer parts from umart. they troubled shooted it for free, and when the issues were raised they were super helpful on getting new parts! Highly recommend super friendly informed staff members. I never give reviews and I just felt compelled to do one this time.

Patient and friendly staff – I arrived about 2min before closing, I work at Bunnings and know how annoying it is when customers do this. really nice and so helpful, gave me options what to do. I have accepted they’ll take it in for me due to the warranties and other circumstances. They mentioned it will take approximately 7 days to 2 weeks to fix which I accepted and possibly they’ll call and explain the issues. I really like Umart. Easy, really good prices and fantastic people! I have met a great guy who has helped me getting the right parts for my PC - BUT I DO NOT like this system the fact you CANNOT speak to an actual I.T Technician to give you the results about your PC. Here I am receiving warranty emails but not getting any information about the problems about the PC. I have made one call to the Call Center but you can only speak to a non Australian. They should allow us to get hold to an actual store and speak to an actual technician. I have spent huge dollars for my PC and I was extremely unlucky I already have issues after few weeks of purchase.

Waiting for refund – I bought motherboard a couple month ago and I open and tested recently and found out that motherboard was faulty. Brought back motherboard to umart they say they don't have same board. I asked them a refund but until now nearly a moth I still don't have refund. Show details

The original Dell I wanted is now out of stock so I got 2x acer monitors instead, both screens had problems and is now going through the same 4 week wait again, despite the sales staff agreeing there is clearly something wrong with the screen.

day of receiving my order and had a refund and replacement sorted within 10 minutes. It was quick and easy. Prices were really cheap, customer service was awesome and they gave solid advice when asked so yeah all around solid experience and I'll definitely be returning.

Great customer service and good prices – Bought some RAM sticks from Umart however had issues with it causing blue screens on my computer. I was able to identify that the blue screens only happen when XMP profiles are turned on. I went into store and asked why the XMP profile could cause blue screen errors. stably, the RAM sticks need to be on the motherboard's supported memory list.

Truth be told, I should have checked whether the RAM was supported by the motherboard, however the staff were happy to provide a refund for the RAM despite the fact that it had passed 30 days since purchase.

I ordered another pair of RAM sticks from Umart that WAS on my motherboard's supported memory list and I haven't had any issues even with XMP profile activated.

I will definitely be shopping at Umart again especially after my great experience with their customer service.
