This guy could not have been more helpful with assisting me source the best products to suit, his knowledge across a range of products and brands, being very good. He was further very polite and sincere to deal with all the time I was there, including taking me through the steps to complete my transaction. These days, in many retail experiences, customer service can be lacking e.g. the big department store mentality, where you have to know completely what you want, no help from staff etc. So it was refreshing and so helpful to deal with a salesman who cared. Backup service/exchange a disgrace - buy elsewhere – I purchased over $1000 worth of computer accessories in 4 orders from Umart Maroochydore last week and picked them up in store. Terrible customer service product doesn't work – So I bought several items from them and one was a Corsair keyboard about $170 worth for that one. It lasted less than a month. got a response which was basically i should contact the manufacturer who is based in the USA. So I was fobbed off by UMART Maroochydore . 6 Days later no response from the Manufacturer so I still don't have a keyboard which makes my 3 new very expensive large screens also inoperable. I then got a "how did we do" email from UMART on how they handled my problem instead of contacting me to see if it was fixed yet? Buyer beware ! – A family member purchased a computer casing from the Maroochydore store. Upon opening the box it was found that the casing was not as big as first thought. Umart would not exchange the casing because the box had been opened ! There are no moving parts and the case has not been used in any way. Of course they then quote consumer law etc… Read more

Umart Maroochydore team are super helpful! – The guys at Umart Maroochydore were awesome, they were super helpful showing my son and I how to plug in the LED fans that were part of the case when we couldn't figure it out. The website is great, easy to navigate and when we got to the store my order was all ready to pick up. They also helped me carry my stuff to the car.
