apparent failure to properly follow the standard procedure of allowing reasonable time after knocking, the delivery was not completed appropriately. This has caused significant frustration.

As a result, I now have to visit the post office, find parking, and spend additional time collecting the parcel. This defeats the purpose of paying for home delivery and has negatively impacted my overall online shopping experience.

In Australia, customer service is considered a top priority. In this transaction, Australia Post is your service provider, and you are their primary customer, while I am your customer. You are therefore in a strong position to raise this concern with them, as not every customer may take the time to formally report such issues.

If required, I am more than happy to provide video evidence, as I have full CCTV coverage outside my home with no blind spots. I am willing to share any relevant evidence to support my complaint, as this matter has genuinely caused me considerable frustration.

helpful. While some companies will provide solutions that work best for them, Rhona came up with a solution that was pretty much completely in my favour. She was awesome! She made me feel like I was spending $25,000, not just $25. She went out of her way to resolve my issue in a very timely manner and made me feel extremely important as a customer to them. Thanks to Rhona, they now have a customer for life - they rock, and so does she!

the variation in sizing between brands in my size and also within styles by the same manufacturer. I have found Under Armour shoes to be consistent in sizing with a slightly wider than normal fitting across all the styles I have purchased. The UA website has something for everyone in quality of fit and finish.

False advertising. Don't bother signing up. This overshadowed my shopping experience with Under Armour.

Under Whelming Thieves! – Order and paid for shoes, no change in shipping status for 3 days - still "processing" - and no communication. I then contacted them and asked for an update to be told that they could not fulfil the order and my refund could take 7 days. How long would I have waited if I had not contacted them! and then they sit on my money for 10 days! Corporate Robbery to be avoided at all cost.

Stay away from UNDER ARMOUR – Stay away from UNDER ARMOUR ONLINE STORE. Bought shoes online & taking ages for them just to dispatch the goods. No communication on website about any delays. No ability to cancel orders – If you make a mistake on an order like ordering the wrong size they offer no ability to cancel it no matter how quickly you contact them. The only option is to return it wasting everybody's time and resources. If the order is still processing and hasn't been sent for delivery yet it should have an option to cancel order like every other website.

Hello readers, ignore the 1 star rating. If I could I would give it a zero – I bought a pair of shoes on the 25th of December. And I am still waiting for delivery. Emailed them on numerous occasions. Got one reply, after my first inquiry. Typical reply mentioning covid-19 causing delays. I emailed another 2-3 times and never got a reply back. Customer service is appalling, how does one not reply to the needs of a customer? Quite amazing how these types of people acquire jobs, bit of nepotism I presume.

shoes the wrong size and colour. This was not totally their fault as the shoes that were too small had my size (14) on the side of the box, but the actual size of the shoes inside (11) under the front flap of the box, which you need to open to see. The return process took from end of December 2021 until February 8 2022. I think I’ve made my last order here.

No customer service exists there – My order took few weeks to be dispatched then when it finally did, the parcel was lost in transit(they might have not sent it at all after log in the tracking number(according to the AU Post)) few attempts of contacting the customer service which were never answered.. if you don't mind wasting your time and money, go for it!
