When you call them you have to press so many keys to be connected to an agent and even after pressing so many buttons it takes ages until a customer service agent picks up the phone. Show details

King of worst internet – Worst internet of all i have tried. Internet keeps dropping off and had to wait hours on call with customer service plus they have 30 days termination notice period which doesn't make any sense

Beware hidden costs in the contract – I was forced to go with Uniti when I was in the rural WA as they were the only provider. Initial connection was positive, however the Internet did dropout regularly. When I moved back to Perth they couldn't provide me a service and sent me through their partner provider Aussie Broadband, however Uniti maintained the account. I still suffered… Read more

occasional Internet dropouts I was aware there was a no lock in contract and believed that meant I could disconnect and only pay the remaining month costs. So I looked for another provider and found a company that was $20 cheaper and arranged to swap only to be contacted by Uniti to say I had to pay for 30 days before they would disconnect my account. So on top of a connection fee I am also paying for an exit fee by another name.

debt to manual while waiting for the bPay payment to go through. A suggestion to the product team, direct debit setup on the account home page shouldn't take AmEx if you cannot run payments on AmEx.

would only get the first invoice when the service was working, well, it’s not working and I got an invoice with the WRONG amount! They are charging me even more that what they were suppose to charge, for a service that is not even working! All fixed -Poor customer service – Called on the 17/5/23 to cancel NBN with uniti and promised it will happen. Received an email informing of a takeover of NBN to Aussie broadband. Emailed uniti wireless since 31/5/23 with no response to ensure contract terminated by 17/6/23. Tried calling uniti wireless and there will always be 20-40 callers before me. Show details

Very, Very helpful!! – Eu-Jin this morning was very helpful and very patient. We have moved from using your disc on the roof at our previous home to a Retirement unit last week and although I use my computer a lot I could never have connected at this new place to the NBN. The telephone socket has been installed in a different room from my desktop computer so I was running between the 2 places and Eu-Jin was very patient. Thank you. Show reply

Router dropped Configuration however good support by Zahra Einollahi – The Service had been very reliable up until the recent network upgrade's (April and June 22). There have been loss of services . re-configuration . However I do not understand why support cannot remote access the routers or why they do not have some sort of out of bounds remote boot which picks up the last good configuration off the hardware (the router saves the last good configuration in hardware...) this would save the poor customer a lot of valuable time and effort ! Also on a previous support call I was told that the portal feature "check service " is inaccurate, well remove it from the portal until its working !

dropped out regularly, often for several hours. Called to get support and had to wait almost an hour for them to blame NBN for the fault and not taking any responsibility even though NBN Co said there were no faults detected. When I told them I was cancelling to go to another provider their customer service was terrible, first begging for me to stay offering discounts then completely ignoring my requests and emails. They claim that month to month plans have no cancellation fee, they won’t tell you when you join, but wait for you to leave then tell you that you need to give 30 days notice. It’s not really month to month though if you have to decide before the end of the current month ends that you want to leave at the end of next month?

Terrible customer service – I hate to say it but the costumer service is more than terrible! I got an email saying my direct debit payment has failed and I will be charged $10 for it. I replied at the same day to clarify that this was not my fault, my account always had enough money on it and they can book it again at any time. I even attached a screenshot to it. automatic email telling me you received it. I never got a reply. Now 9 days later I got another email telling me my account is overdue and I have to pay and if I don't do it they suspend my account.

I tried to call the help line 1300 847 201 multiple times but nobody picks up the phone. the options on there are useless as well and it always end with the information that you can do things online.

If nobody replies here as well I will contact an ombudsman and think about leaving. When I pay $60 a month I would like to get more a router an energy wave in form of data. I would like to get a service as well!
