Can you buy the shade covers for a 14ft verao trampoline

Hi Lesley. Not too sure, but suspect you probably can. We ended up needing a new mat for ours at about 3 years old, and the best place to source the CORRECT one was from Oz Trampolines online.

We found that ordering a mat from an 'unknown' website was not quite as straight forward as we had hoped, and we ended up returning the mis-matched parts that were sent. It seems that just referencing a 14" trampoline does NOT ensure matching parts, which is why we ended up purchasing replacement parts from Oz Trampolines. For ordering parts, best to check number of anchor points etc for your specific trampoline and ensure the one you order matches.

Our trampoline has been awesome mat in great condition as are springs however the triangular pieces of steal the springs hook onto have sadly rusted through. Can these be replaced? Thankyou

No idea... We purchased ours from Rebel Sport, so perhaps ask them. Sorry I can't help. As far as product review UPDATE is concerned... ours has just started losing springs :( The fabric tab is tearing away from the net now. Only 2.5 years old.

Can you please advise me if I can lower the base of the trampoline and by how much?

I can't advise on any modifications - your best bet is to talk to a retail outlet that sells this item. Sorry I couldn't be any help. I have heard of people digging a large hole to put the trampoline in so the base/mat is nearer to the ground level, but not sure if that is what you meant.
