Our tenant has the same smart watch as mine. She was listening in on my calls from her watch. I tried to reset my watch. Now my watch doesn't work.

Why can’t I pair my watch after re setting it. I’m ready to chuck it out lol. When I ask for help they want my credit card. Guess I’m going to buy a Fitbit again. Never had these trouble with it

Why do I need to provide my credit card details to download the Very fit 2.0 app when there is no charge for the app? Suspicious!!

My VeryFitPro was working except it wouldn't let me change activities to track. Seller told me to uninstall and reinstall. When I did that it would no longer connect to my tracker. Have tried VeryFit 2.0 and VeryFit Plus and they also won't connect. How can I get connected again?
