VerifiedI also purchased 2 Vibit, I used for a very short time and now have tried to use and neither of them will charge, very annoying as they are not cheap.
Hi, my vibit is fully charged but won’t turn on. Is there a reset button or something.
I have had my bit two years had not had excessive use. All lights on to say fully charged but no vibration. Bit disappointing as encouraged type friends to buy them. Can you repair them?
Exactly the same as ours, we pulled it apart and found the circuit boards were buggered, it’s put together very cheaply. In the bin it went and we will by a Kmart one, vibit definitely not worth the high price tag.
My vibit works for about 10 minutes …then stops I restart it again is this normal ? I thought might be overheating or something
Mine does the same .. I think that’s the recommended time to use it for .. I have 2 and they both do it .. so I’m thinking that’s normal.

Hi everyone , same here I both my Vibit in 2023 and I misplaced it in home and I just find it again and try to change it :( no go, 3 red light after the flashing red but not charging properly and not working :( I will try costumer support???
I bought in 2023 and was working fine. Havent used in quite a few months and not charging- just getting 3 red flashing lights. Reading the other comments seems to be a known issue with no fix. Very disappointed.
I also bought my 2 a while ago. The first one I opened only worked for a month. The second one I just opened as I misplaced it when moving house. It doesn't even work at all. They are such a scam!

Hi my husband received a Vibit late last year as a gift as he has ongoing muscular issues and initially it worked amazingly but now we are having the flashing lights and no vibrations, so disappointing because it worked amazingly previously! Not sure how to proceed any suggestions would be appreciated
Just go to k.mart and get one. The vibit is just a dud product. Everyone here has the same issue
Mine is 3 months out of warranty. It has stopped charging. I get red lights no vibration. My feet sure are missing it. Seems to be a common problem from what I've read. Disappointed. Maybe we are meant to accept that gadgets like these only last 12 months.
Hi I have a Vibit I bought in 2023 (Order No. 28276). I need it again but it no longer charges. I have had it charging for 24 hours and still does not vibrate. From reading other comments this seems to be a reoccurring problem
Oh no! I came here thinking I would get hints on why my vibit won't work and I find this. I also purchased in April 2023 and it seems the vibit is done for. What a waste of money

OK so I did not recieve a DM. And I contacted customer service and they won't replace it. Funny that! I'm off to kmart
I bought my vibit in May 2023. Like everyone else on here, I was really happy because it fixed my plantar fasciitis. After not using it for two months, it no longer vibrates at all. I contacted vibit directly. As the warranty period has just expired, the most they have offered is a discount on the purchase of another one. This seems to be a manufacturing issue that needs to be rectified.

Well Anne did better than me - I got my Vibit in April 2023 and the most they are offering me is a 10% discount - I can buy one from there website currently with 40% discount - what a joke particularly given it appears to be a known issue!
I have since bought an imitation one from Kmart. It works just fine.
I bought vibit a few years ago and worked beautifully for the time I needed. Recently I needed it again and it won’t vibrate. All light are working but no vibration. It is in mint looking condition. Please help
Had the same problem. Contacted Vibit and they replaced it. New one is faultless

No idea - you need to ask the company who sells this product
Hi Bonnie - As the Vibit ROLL does not contain magnets it is generally fine to use with a pacemaker - however, with issues such as these, we always recommend checking with your GP first :))

I just got my Vibit. It is fully charged but does not work. It will not vibrate. It took a long time to arrive. I am extremely disappointed.

I should have read these reviews, mine did not work out of the box, charged it for 3 hours, lights went solid red but would not come on, charging it again and ask 3 lights blinking again, less than 10 minutes later lights are solid again, still nothing. SUPER disappointed, really needed the relief they say this offers where my wife can't take anti-inflammatory medicine to help her PF. Just short of a month to deliver, made it here just in time for her flight tomorrow, but useless. Maybe they will respond to the "bot" chat customer service option they provide.
