Great experience from start to end.
Vic Turney key homes made building my first house on a vacant land through Escape homes very easy, smooth and hassle free. Dean was a real deal throughout the process who looked after at each stage of the process keeping the promise of fixed price even after some issues came up for which other builders might charge extra. The house came up beautifully in reasonable time frame and good craftsmanship as well. I will definitely recommend him and use for my future projects.

First Home -Amazing Experience
A huge thank you to Dean Holder from Vic Turnkey Homes and a big shoutout to Danny Veleski from 3D Constructions. From start to finish Dean been extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and guided me throughout the whole building process. There were no hidden costs and everything was transparent since the beginning. Overall the building process took just over 5 months and I was very impressed with the result.
Once again, a big thank you to everyone involved in the construction process. I highly recommend Vic Turnkey Homes, especially if it’s going to be your first home. Dean will definitely look after you and make the whole process seem like a breeze.

What a team. From the very start, Dean made this process a breeze. Who would have thought that the build from start to finish took 5mth 1 week. You not only have Dean to help you choose the correct home for your block, he sends you to the correct people to help you choose colour, tiles, floors etc.. over seeing from the start to finish, Dean has been with us all the way.
A big shout out to Danny 3D construction, you were the cleanest builder I have ever seen. The care you put into our property was as if it was your own.

Great team to work with
Our experience with Dean Holder from Vic Turnkey Homes was excellent from day 1. We found out about him from a sign board at one of his construction sites and what a great decision we made to work with him for our first home. Right from suggesting us options for lands and then getting on the construction journey. He made adjustments to the few requests we had without any issues on top of the great package he already had to offer us. Managing the ups and downs of Melbourne lockdown he still did well to give us our home in less than the time mentioned it would take in our contract. Overall, a great experience and will go again for future constructions without any hesitations.

Recently got keys for our newly built home. We started our journey with Dean from Vic Turnkey Homes; he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The entire sales quote and contract signing process were smooth and efficient. The team of Victurn key, along with Escape homes did an excellent job with building our custom home. They were very accomodating and straight to the point. Dean gave very good sound advice when discussing land selection and explaining posibilities given its a custom build house. Amazing finished product.
My testimony.
Me and the wife were looking for a home and construction was the only hope. I went to google and came across victurnkey homes and called up a gentleman named Shane.
Not only helped us find a block, he gave out plans on what we liked and was super helpful and above and beyond the call of duty.
The build was sensational even our private inspector was impressed with the whole process. If anyone is looking to build, I can safely recommend victurnkey homes for your project

First home made easy!
From day one, the team at Vic Turnkey Homes provided fantastic service and made building and buying our first home easy. They were clear on what to expect prior to the build, and when the build began provided fortnightly updates on how the build was progressing. Build time was slightly delayed due to lockdowns and COVID, however was worth it once we saw the final product. Everything was done great with only slight defects that were fixed without us even pointing it out. I would definitely recommend Vic Turnkey Homes to anyone considering to build!

First home experience
Massive thanks to Dean Holder and the Vic Turnkey Homes Team. I was recommended by my family friend and I am glad to say that I was not disappointed.
This was my first time building a home and I was so nervous. I was lucky enough to work with an experienced builder and Dean patiently answered all my bucket load of questions. He always returned my calls or texted me if he was busy. These were unprecedented times as Victoria was in lockdown for most of the time but the team did their best to avoid any major delays.
I will highly recommend if you are looking for a solid turnkey package and work with an absolute professional team.

Home building
One of the best decisions I have taken in my life to build with VIC turnkey homes. Everything was handled very nicely by Shane Foenander and Paige Zammit. The supervisor was very supportive and everything he did was very detailed.
If I want to build another house I will surely build with these guys.

My first home completed
I just got the keys today to my first home, Thank you to Shane who helped me every step of the way no question was to small or big to get and answer, I’m so happy with the end result of my house. The process was made easy everything is included with the house and land package so don’t need to worry about anything not getting done. There is a massive range to chose from in the colour selection for your home! I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family because you get great value for money! thanks so much again to Shane, Luke and Paige for everything
