Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Service in Perth city not consistent. Poor customer service. Hours on the phone try to resolve a connectivity issue. Hard to leave them too. Switched to another provided and all the issues suddenly went away. Show details

Nbn is absolutely terrible

Connection always dropping. Never a stable connection. I'm paying for 100mbps but receiving around 20-40. At one time I went around 5 days without internet. There's always a problem with their internet. They made me buy another modem and that wasn't even the problem. I feel like I'm in a circus with these guys. I've been waiting for 1 year for them to also upgrade me to fttp. But whenever I contact them about it they tell me to fill a form which already did a year ago, then they tell me we're only upgrading certain customers with certain speeds. So in the end they lost a long term customer and made me look elsewhere. Hopefully I can get better service with someone else. Show details

Worst internet ever

I got this as part of a bundle, and I feel like the old dial-up was more reliable! I have had this for about 3 or 4 months and have asked them on average about 8 or 9 times, 2 or 3 in the same night too! Dropout after dropout. They offer a 4G back up service when nbn is not working, its just as bad. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Show details

Vodafone is the WORST!!!

System has been down in our area for 10 days! No notice at all, just routine maintenance apparently. Had to use an Optus phone to call them because my Vodafone mobile is also affected. Worst company ever! Show details

Amazingly bad service

What an amazing service you have (NOT!). We ported out of Vodafone 2 weeks ago but they keep billing us for the service we don't use. When we called, they try to sell us more service instead. Crap service. Customer service kept blaming the other company when we wanted to talk to her supervisor. Vodafone kept blaming the other company instead of taking responsibility. WE DON'T USE VODAFONE NBN SERVICE BUT KEPT BILLING US FOR 2 WEEKS. Awaiting a call from the supervisor. I don't think they will resolve this Show details

Ridiculous service. Very slow internet

They charged me for 100mbps and never gave me 30mbps speed. When contacted them multiple times, did not help me and they were ok for me to switch to a different provider. Didn’t even offer any assistance or reimbursement. Very rude staff

Vodaphone NBN is atrocious

Terrible. Couldn’t watch Pay Tv Apps. After almost 2 months I went back to Telstra and can now watch Kayo, Stan, Netflix and Paramount. I bought high speed internet and it was the worst. Stay away from this rubbish. Show details

Fantastic speed, Wi-Fi modem and customer service

I churned to Vodafone NBN this week and it was a “Seamless experience”.
Wi-Fi 3 modem by Netcomm is great, excellent speed and low latency.

Vodafone NBN is the worst Network to use in the CBD

I have moved to Melbourne city and bought myself Vodafone NBN connection and this has been pointless to this date. The connection would have been working at is full capacity not more than a week or so. customer care seems to have lack of knowledge, and when asked to send a tech over they don’t want do so.
If this continues will move to a different service provider soon closing all accounts I have with them. Show details

Slowest internet and worst customer service

had been with Vodafone for many years, recently not only the internet is bad and slow and constantly cutting out, you call to address the problem and you get treated terribly, rude customer service, they will try to rip u off, overbill you and tell you not you are supposed to pay this.
Honestly the worst service provided if I had to pay $15 extra a month for a different provided I would just to avoid 3-4 hours each month wasted on phone calls with Vodafone
By the way I have 100mbs with them but I get 4mbs at best days 30mps which drops again! Show details

What beand modem do you get? What is its range and where is it made?

Beand? Do you mean band? It is dual band (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz). Or maybe brand? It is a Technicolor that is made in Vietnam. Not that where it's made is relivant. Range is decant for small house's but is really nothing special.

The current modem is an NL1902 but the firmware is a buggy mess. 4G backup doesn't work properly and there's several bugs in the router firmware. Avoid.
