Once we threatened to fair trading, they responded with a weak response from the maintenance manager that did not answer any questions we had which was sent on Feb 6 2026. We have replied and replied for confirmation for our updated defects that we found and asked for confirmation when the defects will be rectified since you only have an 180 day period to raise defects with them.

This is for anyone thinking about building with Vogue Home's or has built with them and waiting on defect works. 3 years after construction, 4 different site supervisors, fair trading submissions, NCAT mediation and guarantee's of defect works to be completed by a certain time period. completed just start the process with fair trading don't bother waiting on their promises.Vogue homes will only complete / start defect works when you push them all the way to NCAT, even then they will agree to complete all works by the agreed date but they seem just not to care.

When NCAT asks about mediation, just tell them you are not interested as Vogue Home's will not get these works completed ontime or even at all.

If they do start, they will try and fix these defects in the cheapest or most beneficial way possible only to suit them. Not to mention, you will also have to chase them constantly to get anything done.

Once you have Vogue Home's lodged with NCAT you have the right to get your own quotes to repair all of these defects and engage your own builder to complete these works.

This is the only way to get these works completed, do not let them bully you. For the cost of around $300 for the initial lodgement with Fair Trading you have the chance to have the home you actually paid for and not a peice of trash patched up by Vogue Home's.

Pre-construction took over two years, largely due to COVID-related delays and staffing constraints, which was understandably frustrating at times. However, once we moved into construction, the experience improved significantly. The build was completed in just 10 months, and the quality exceeded our expectations.

A huge part of that success was thanks to our site supervisor, Brad Fenech. Brad was outstanding — always communicative, responsive, and detail-focused. He kept the project moving smoothly and made the entire construction phase as stress-free as possible.

Although the journey had its challenges, the professionalism and dedication shown by both Robert and Brad turned it into a rewarding experience. We’re extremely happy with our new home and grateful to Vogue Homes for bringing our vision to life.

When we move in the home water is leaking in the main pipe which vogue homes responsible but they denied to fix and I spend money from my pocket and paid to plumber to fix, this issue also reported to supervisor Brad by email , which vogue homes and Rodney Harvey ( construction manager ) totally denied that they received the mail, And according to not giving access to tradies is totally wrong, cause vogue homes send some person in our home without notifying to us and all the family members on work ( outside from home) , only my mother was at home and how vogue homes believe that my mother gave access to the unknown person . We ask the warranty documents for appliances from vogue homes by email which they did not respond , we send the mail to Elly Morrison and still waiting for their response . Vogue homes gave warranty for 180 days only on papers , not listen and reply properly for client enquiry. The fact is Vogue homes making fool to clients for the mistakes which Vogue homes did, It’s very easy for the construction manager and for supervisor to sit on the chair and show false documents and prove their client is wrong . The pipes Vogue homes installed not according to plan for storm water and after plenty of mails by us to Vogue homes for rectification , Their construction manager Rodney Harvey send us the mail and ask where you find the problem is means they think their client is fool, In the heavy rain water is collecting on the side pebbles and pits make . And interesting thing vogue homes is satisfy the bad work they did. We are facing with plenty of issues which vogue homes left and gave us the handover of home, this is just the issue for storm water .
