Trying to find brush roller for Volta power glide U3282AVZ
Hello, I have been given a Volta upright PowerGlide Pet lover vacuum, I think U3282AVZ. It is great but makes a terrible noise. The belt and filters are all ok. Sounds like a plane and there is a faint smell, not of burning but something else. Picks up beautifully. Do vacuums have mufflers ... maybe that has gone. Any help would be appreciated

When you put the hose in its place, you should give it a turn, it works for me.
The price of the same model U3282AVZ on another add is $129 (incl. Gst + $9 Aust Post postage) = $138.00

Hi Nicole, Prices vary wherever you go. Shop around until you find a price you are happy to pay, preferably go to a physical store, so you can test run the item.
I am helping my elderly inlaws with their house cleaning. The roller brush at the front does not rotate when switched on. Is it suppose to?

An elderly friend of ours (recently widowed) has this Vacuum Cleaner (Volta U3282AVZ) but unfortunately no instructions - Any chance of getting these please?
Hi there! Our copy of the "manual" disappeared a while ago, however the only really important things to know are the part numbers for the "disposables", i.e. the HEPA filters (2) and the roller drive belt.
The "main" HEPA (the drum-shaped washable one) is an EF 91 B and if washed carefully after each use, should last about one year. The front-mounted terminal HEPA (Part EF 82) lives behind the plastic grille on the front of the cleaner (just above the floor unit), and should be replaced every 6 months. Apart from this, the only other "routine" replacement would be the brush roller drive belt (part number DB21) which tends to last if not abused! The "definitive" manual is available as a .pdf download ( external link ) and this contains ALL the relevant info, including both Australian and NZ Contact Numbers.

The belt has broken and I don't have any directions on how to change it. I have the part number but have not ordered a new one yet. Thanks, slwow100@yahoo.com
