I have a lift2 with a shade cover but one of the kids have pulled on the cover and one of the poles has gone through the cover meaning that it is sagging. are there any patches available to attempt to repair the shade cover or is there any spare parts available to mend this issues. Thanks

Hey Naomi,

Sorry to hear about the tear in the shade cover.

Unfortunately we don't have any patch or spare parts for any of the shade covers. The only option is to purchase a new shade cover.

Cheers, Yash :)

Hello. I have the Vuly thunder with cover. Everything is great but lately the pegs for the tent cover have been coming out of the holes. Almost everyday I come home half the cover has fallen off inside the trampoline. Me and my husband are constantly having to pull the cover back over the arms and put the pegs in the holes. But it seems like the pegs slide in and out so easily. I'd think there should be a nut to help tighten once it's on so it doesn't keep slipping out. Any solutions on how to make them stay in so were not constantly having to put the cover back on?

Hi vuly. We recently purchased the Vuly Ultra with shade and walls. The shade cover is very saggy in the middle. The outer trampoline arms do not lock in rigid on the outside, instead are loose and lean in towards the trampoline making the shade saggy. Is this a common problem? Anyone found any fixes? Cheers

Vuly Play
Vuly Play   DM

Hello Dan, Thank you for contacting us. This is a common issue that many people encounter, generally, the issue is that the poles have not been fully inserted into the T-joiners which causes the shade and net to slack.

If you are to pull the net poles backwards and down they will fully slot into place making your shade taut. Please also ensure that there is no groove visible on your net poles.

Let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

Cheers, Claire

Hi Claire. Only managed to get 4 of the 8 to slot into place. The rest are sticking up and loose. Thanks

What ever happened? Could you fix the arms? Ours seems loose too and I don't let the kids on it anymore for fear of the arms popping out while they jump.

I thought i was going mad... if its the same size as the trampoline, it wont sag for any other reason except for the shade poles not being fully inserted, trust me i thought they were too.... untill i realised they still had to go down 2 inches.

I’ve just bought the Flare, the sun net is also hanging deep into the trampoline. Shame I can’t get anyone on email or the phone to answer the direct question! I’ve sent the warranty question. Is there a choice of ‘loops’ it looks as if I can make it smaller but my installer said it wasn’t the case?

The trampoline is amazing but the safe situation is very disappointing:(

Hello we purchased the 14 foot vuly 2 what size is the shade cover for that one meant to be? we were given a large one that does not fit the trampoline and the shade cover on the tent tore apart the next day!! we love the trampoline but are very disappointed with the quality of the shade covers considering how expensive the trampolines are

Scott M

Seems like this has been a recurring problem for owners for about three years or so with no actual fix or resolution. To make a weather cover that can't apparently handle the "weather" is pretty pathetic and at $200 is utterly unacceptable. Their reply is that you can buy another one for half price ($100) but why would you even spend another 100 on an inferior product that falls apart just like the original one did ???

HJP
HJP

I concur. We bought a vuly 2 a few years ago. Used the tent cover as a shade cover and it didn’t last summer. So got a shade cover replacement. Put it on our vuly 2 in January this year. Falling apart by March. Barely lasted summer. Great trampoline but the covers don’t last at all. Whatever material they use cannot survive the Australian Sun.

Has anyone been able to source wheels (jockey wheels or dollys) that make it easy to move the vuly 2 when wanting to mow grass?

Vuly have wheels for the Thunder but I'm not sure if they work on the Vuly 2

Best to contact them and ask

Hi, I am having the same problem of not being able to move the trampoline without the assistance or neighbours. I have called them to try purchase wheels which they do not have for this model and they do not have any solutions. I found them to be unhelpful to the point of rude (his name was Sean)

This was not a cheap product and was promoted as "easy to move" - do not know what to do either.

Yes, its not easy to move, that's for sure.

Has anyone found the vuly thunder hard to erect? We had 3 adults working on it. The stretching of the mat was very, very hard to do. As a result 2 of the clips broke or ripped off. Not sure how it will function . Is there a trick to it?

80xer5antar05
80xer5antar05

The Vuly 2 is different to the Thunder as it uses leaf springs compared to conventional tramp springs

Best to google a video on how to do it but if it's broken I would be contacting Vuly direct

Shannon

I had the vuly 2 not the thunder, but still took 4 adults about 2.5 hours to erect, yes mat was tight to get on too. Contact vuly, they will certainly be help you, great service, never disappointed.

How is the shipping to Alaska? Do you warehouse anything in the US or do all warrantee items come from Australia? How easy is the vuly 2 to disassemble for winter storage? Thanks!

Vuly Play
Vuly Play   DM

Hi Chad, All Vuly sales and warranty is handled in the USA by Spinmaster. You can contact them on 1866 608 8664. As for disassembly, it is fairly easy as there are no nuts and bolts that hold the frame together. The easiest way to take it apart is to undo all the springs first as this will release the tension holding the net and netpoles down. Should take about 30-45 minutes to take it apart.

Kind regards,

Davinder

The Vuly 2 is an excellent trampoline, very strong and bouncy. My 13 yo daughter uses it every day. My issue was with their customer service over a part but it has now been resolved. You won't be disappointed with this trampoline.

We bought a 14 ft Vuly 2 for Christmas (2015). Love the trampoline, but as has been mentioned on here already, it is very heavy, and due to the design of the feet, also impossible to move on my own in order to mow the grass. I see several comments regarding an upcoming product to help move a Vuly 2. I see that the Australian company has something called Thunder Wheels for the Thunder trampoline. Do these exist for the Vuly 2 as well? Is this what is supposedly coming out around Christmas this year (2016)? Anyone have any home engineered alternatives in the meantime?

Vuly Play

Hello Michael, Thank you for your question and apologies for the delay in responding! Unfortunately we do not have wheels for the Vuly 2 at the moment. We are currently working on this and hope you have an update in the new year.

If you have any further questions please feel free to call our friendly team on 1300 667 514 .

Just bought our vuly 2, kids love it! Got them back out in the yard which is brilliant but whereas it was quite easy to put up, the trampoline I'm having major trouble with the tent! I have followed the instruction video but mine does not work out as well. After carefully placing then tent cnr on each post three along and the 1st one pulls off! They won't stay long enough to even get all the way round to the point of pulling then down from the outside. :( Any suggestions please! Kids would love to see it up.

longwaytothetop

Sorry I can't be of any help. I only ever put the roof top tent on and not the actual enclosure. As I have stated previously be aware of the quality of the roof top of the tent.

Ours is now just strips of fabric flapping in the wind !

UppNsmoke
UppNsmoke

May be a bit late but in regards to setting up the tent: • make sure tags (red - or front/entrance to tent) is lined up with tags (red - or front/entrance to tramp) on the net/mat. • do it FROM INSIDE the trampoline with min 2 adults (1 x inside tramp / 1 x outside tramp) instead of trying to erect the tent from outside - will keep sliding off!

Hope this helps... and bare in mind, THE TENT IS NOT WEATHER PROOF!! (Tent looks like rain would not pool on top, but it does!!!)

Hi, can you please tell me how to move the Vuly 2 Trampoline to mow under it? Are there wheels anyone has bought? Any suggestions from Vuly?

Vuly Play

Hi Laura & Chris, At the moment we don't have a device to move our trampolines however we are working on it and we should have it closer to Christmas. With the Vuly 2, 3-4 people would be recommended to help move it.

Hi Vince. Ive had mine up a month now and there is a small amount of squeek in a couple of the springs starting now. If you had it installed by someone I would contact them for advise, or contact Vuly, they might have a solution. Squeek would be no good.

We recently purchased a Vuly 2 12ft trampoline. The design of trampolines has certainly evolved for the better and this model is a great example. My question is in regards ti the anchor kit.We purchased the Vuly2 anchor kit and it appears to be no different from the classic meaning the pegs cannot be driven all the Iway down because of the V2 bottom rail being raised.Does anyone know how these are meant to secure the tramp? As im concerned it may get blown away especially with the tent erected.

Vuly Play
Vuly Play   DM

HI Hanno, if you measure your anchors, they should be about 43cm in length from top to bottom. If this is not the case, please contact us at "warranty @vulytrampolines.com" with your purchase details so we can arrange for a swap.

Kind regards,

Davinder
