Average bounce feel and material quality - Vuly Ultra Medium – The trampoline was quite easy to assemble, taking about 2 hours, including shade cover. I had to get help twice. My main gripe is the bounce is pretty low. I'm not sure if its the short springs or what, but when compared to a SpringFree the other day, the competitor was noticeably more bouncy. As are the other springed trampolines at indoor trampolining places.

This being said, it is a trampoline for my kids and they love it. They bounce as high as they can without complaint. The safety netting has small 3mm apertures, so no fingers or teeth can get caught. As a parent I am happy they enjoy it so much and confident it is a safe for them. However, as an overweight middle aged jumper, I would like it to be bouncier!

Also the warehouse staff when we went to collect our trampolines were just as helpful. They were there to explain what packages we needed to load into our trailer, ensure all was available and helped not only pack the trailer but ensure the load was covered correctly.

Then we found the trampoline along with the video instructions were easy to follow and the trampoline took just over 2 hours to erect, and with the instructions went quite smoothly.

Now to the actual trampoline. What a fantastic product. The trampoline is very sturdy and spacious. I very much like the pictures on the mat. To be able to use pictures as games enhances their time on the trampoline. The mat is very high quality and feel the opening is quite safe even for young children.

We have the package with tent walls and roof. The roof is such a great asset and covers the trampoline well with sides to enable the mat to stay cool and is great for sun protection which is so important today.

The first time I jumped with my daughter she said ""We are having fun"" and that sums it up. These trampolines will bring my families endless hours of fun.

SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED – Our vuly swing set which was 2.5k is only just a year old and we have had so many problems with it. experiencing my husband personally drove to the showroom to speak to someone in regards to these issues and we were assured that they are fixed and we wouldn’t have these problems. Lo and behold we do.

Completely unsatisfactory and now an unsafe unusable 2.5k in our yard.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from here,

Issues in Pick Up Order – I called their hotline to confirm the date of pick of my order(wagon). The guy I spoke with said that it will be available for pickup by Tuesday, but when I came to their store on pick up date they said that it will be available in the next 2days. The kids are having a blast playing on the monkey bars – The kids absolutely love the Vuly monkey bars. They have not got off them since we installed it. Great build quality. Watching the videos made the assembly much easier than the included instructions. Show details ·  1

Every kid’s dream – We bought this bed so our kids can move into their own room and let’s just say the transition was more than easy. They love their new bed and the climbing feature. Perfect! Heaps of Fun for the Kids ♥️ – We bought the Vuly Ultra, and it has been enjoyed by our toddlers right through to our teenagers. We bought the tent cover, which has been awesome for nights in the backyard. And the shade cover came free, which has been great to have this summer. Assembling was straightforward and easy, definitely recommend watching the tutorial found on YouTube. Balance bike – Went to Vuly play store to check out the balance bikes, our kid was able to try them all, pick a colour and took it home that day as the warehouse is out the back. Din't need too much help from staff about a balance bike but they were helpful and allowed my son (3 y/o) to play with all the awesome setups they have there. Show details ·  1

Five years and still going strong – We purchased an extra large Lift Pro five years ago and it is still in top condition and enjoying regular use.
