Must be the worst carpet stretching company in the world. Rip off – Asked to repair a join and stretch carpet. Firstly after moving all furniture, carpet guy calls last minute to cancel. After I complained he ended up showing up. I wish he hadn't. The repair lasted about 1 week and the stretch didn't work-still bubbles in the carpet. made me so angry due to the lies, avoiding calls, not replying to emails and dragging it out over a number of months. Guy was supposed to fix his work but never showed up again. Total waste of time and rip off merchants. I wish I had found these review prior to booking.
Terrible service. Overcharged. Carpet not cleaned – Rates were agreed over the phone. Technician (who appeared very young and experienced) requested more money than was agreed by phone - was late, then complained about the visitor parking assigned being too far from the lift. Now I'm being spammed by the Company to use them again and their Unsubscribe link doesn't work.
Don’t hire them! – They patched my carpet wet badly and didn’t return to replace the carpet inside the wardrobe. Terrible service and customer service as well. Stay away from them. I’ve tried to call and sent them 4 emails but no reply!

from the wardrobe to replace it. He said it looked funny because it needed to dry, but I said to him that the grain was facing the wrong way... He said that I was wrong and demanded payment. Me being home alone I didn't mess with this pretty angry dude so I just assumed I could contact his office and explain the situation. Again WRONG.
I emailed them the damage being worse, I said he did it wrong and perhaps if someone with more experience could come back and fix it? Nope... I got empty replies, and even when my partner tried to get a refund the lady on the phone would say she would call "head office" and would ask us to call her back in 5 minutes. She would not answer...
I called them on a private number and she answered straight away, I said "I am chasing my refund" and she kept saying head office would call us. By then I know 100% I have been scammed because no one from head office has called us, and she keeps claiming the money we paid never actually hit their account. Every time I have called since and said who I was she will now just hang up on me, and my partner when he calls.
Later I realised on inspecting the before and afters from their website is that they were actually from a company in America. The before and after photos are not even theirs!!!
These people are scammers. I had to hack the atrocious carpet job up and I ended up doing a better job myself!!! See photos for the worst job you'll ever see. I am absolutely appalled by these people. I can see why they don't have google reviews but I will do everything in my power to get these people taken down before they scam more people.
In conclusion I am sad that people scam honest people, and they need to be stopped. I hope this review saves someone from thousands of dollars in damages.

said only $30-50 additional if stain required further work. Booking was for 3.30pm (I was working that day and planned to be home by 3.30pm). They called me and asked if they could come earlier. Husband was home (not well) and so agreed for earlier time. Total job was done in less than 45min by 2 x Indian men. When I got home part of lounge room floor was not done, did not move couches to the side to do carpet (I moved all other furniture out onto deck that morning) so left with dust and dog hair under couches, stain could not be removed or even reduced, upstairs couch still looked grubby along edges and back cushions did not appear to have been done. In addition, cleaner recommended an “extra” for antibacterial treatment?! Husband paid total $565 cash and NO RECIEPT for work done. Called and emailed regarding my dissatisfaction with no resolution. THEN to top it off 4 days later a friend showed me a snap chat snippet of our house…. Posted on the day the cleaners were in our house! The cleaner had videoed our Christmas tree and backyard through the window and put it on snap chat…. absolutely mortified! I will be reporting to NSW Fair Trade and the Police as well as posting on as many Community Facebook groups as I can. So upset by this whole scenario. at an ATM far away while the cleaner continued with a supposed deep clean.
Upon my wife's return to the apartment she seen the below dirty state of the carpets of a supposed professional deep clean, (see pictures) more dirty after cleaning!!, and the cleaner had left dirty water from the cleaning in the toilet and sink. My wife refused to pay the extra $80 but unfortunately still paid them the $120 as she was angry and just wanted the cleaner to leave, they do not deserve $120 and I want a refund from them.
Over the next few days I made a complaint to them via their Indian call centre and then finally got an call back from an manger whom was unapologetic and not willing to refund me and was happy to have me take them to court, so now we are going to take them to court to claim back the cost of the $120 service plus damages + cost to fix the carpet by a professional cleaning service.
Anyone thinking about using this cleaning company thinks again after reading this review, Warner Cleaning Services AKA MAJOR SUPER MAINTENANCE PTY LTD are registered in the ACT so not even a local company and can't be trusted with any cleaning.

Very Happy Customer – We had 2 large, 5 seater lounge suites, with recliners cleaned today, and a very large shag pile rug. Sam did a great job & We are very happy with the results & price. Communication was excellent. We can highly recommend them.

technician and they’re sorry for the inconvenience but continued to explain the technician was stuck on the side of the road… I asked how she knew this when she had just told me seconds prior they could not get into contact which she was lost for words… full of lies and excuses. Awful service- would give 0 stars – Didn’t show up on the original booked day, called 10 mins after the booking time to say they’re not making it and re booked for next day at 830. Didn’t show up and hung up when asked where technician was. Received a message later saying they’ll be there at 11.30. ended up cancelling the service

Two bedroom apartment, carpets "cleaned" in 15 minutes – Was charged 350$ to have the carpet cleaned. Didn't get rid of one stain and the carpet still smells,only did half of the living room, you can move my couches with one hand. He never cleaned the carpet because the couch was in the way. contacted the ACCC for them to investigate this fraudulent company. They either rock up late or dont rock up at all - full of excuses and lies why they don't. came 2 hours late after multiple calls. Again, didn't bother notifying about the delay until I called. They cleaned the carpet and then says the price was almost double of their quote because the rooms were big. Nothing was mentioned about quote being reassessed during initial phone call or even before starting the job. Instead of the owner/manager apologizing, he was rude and disrespectful. Rule of thumb: Stay away from companies that are run by Indians. Never had a good experience with them!
Avoid at All Costs – Cleaning technician left a dirty wet mark on our carpet and when we’ve tried 4-5 times to contact both the technician along with Warner Cleaning Services we have been told the technician will contact us to resolve, yet it’s been a week and we call every other day and no-one has called us or attempted to fix the mark they left behind. A total waste of time this group. I’m taking this up with Trade Practice protocol, very unprofessional mob.

Dishonest - bait n switch – I was quoted and paid for carpet shampoo using oscillating head for deep carpet clean but on the day they only steam cleaned which is a cheaper service. They haven't refunded the difference and will return call or messages

Unprofessional, overpriced and poor result – This company claims to be same day service- they are NOT. They tried many excuses to reschedule and then turned up late. They finished 5 rooms in less than half the time they quoted, with carpet still dirty and leaving big puddles of water all through the house. They do not respond to emails when questioned about their service and did not issue a receipt.

AVOID AT ALL COST – - Horrible customer service - Misquoted the job which at review they wanted to charge double - Unprofessional I wasted my time speaking to this business about tile cleaning job. There is a mis-communication from the email team and the phone team. At review of photos, the quote doubled and they blamed me for it. This is a type of business that should not be operation and AVOID.
Do not get them to repair your carpet – I was charged $660 to repair damage to my carpet. Based on what they advertised the result would be I accepted. What I ended up with is now having to replace the entire carpet in the room and a hole they created in the wardrobe to fix the damage which they didn’t. Terrible job, horrible service – After cancelling twice, I stupidly paid $600 for tile and grout cleaning because the first half of the room was fine and i was in a rush. I noticed later that the second half rushed, with large areas missed or improperly cleaned. When I spoke to them they claimed that the technician 'did their best' and then stopped returning my calls. If they did their best for me you need to avoid them at all costs!
Doesn’t show up – Customer service useless, didn’t show up and called me 2hrs later to tell me (house was open)
