site. A sign of a well run project. There was gender diversity amongst the trades on site which was encouraging to have. The job was finished on time and within my budget. There were additional cost as the project progressed but this is expected and within the contingency I had set aside. This is family run business who live in the local community, I felt they conducted themselves ethically through the whole process.
My slab has just gone down at Wattle Court Southern Highlands , and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The team moved faster than expected, delivering quality work without compromising on attention to detail. When we visited Wattle Court there wasn't a full on sales pitch, it was a level-headed discussion on their processes, their capabilities and their way of navigating through the risks of the current market conditions. We engaged them and they delivered every facet of the project from the design to the handover on time and within budget. They are also great people to work with, it felt like a partnership all the way.
These days when we bump into them in the shopping malls or on the street they come across as friends.
By the way, after we moved in our neighbour did a renovation and their builder popped his head over the fence and said "I can see your house is a quality build"!

All stages of construction took place strictly according to the pre-agreed schedule, which was extremely important for me. The company clearly kept its promises regarding the deadlines - the house was delivered on time, without the slightest delays. I would especially like to note the quality of the work performed. At each stage, the specialists paid attention to detail, used modern materials and technologies, and all issues that arose were resolved promptly and competently. During the construction process, I was repeatedly convinced of the high qualifications of the team: the builders carefully completed the tasks, and the foreman regularly informed about the progress of the work and agreed on all possible changes. As a result, we got a house that fully meets our expectations and even exceeds them. All communications work flawlessly, the finishing is done perfectly, there is not a single comment left. At all times we have found them to be approachable, understanding, reasonable, knowledgeable and professional. They have worked with us to navigate the sometimes challenging planning process and have shown what true collaboration and customer service means.
We found Wattle Court to be interested and enthusiastic when discussing what we wanted our home to be. This team loves building houses. They helped us work out our ideal floor and they enjoyed working with us to bring our custom build to life.
Having undertaken a knockdown/rebuild, we found that Wattle Court were thoroughly competent, efficient and informative throughout the actual construction phase. The build progressed well with few delays (weather is always a factor initially). The standard of construction is excellent and we are very happy with the quality of workmanship. The house is of a high standard and we appreciate its solidity and the way the floor plan flows. Our house reflects who we are and how we live.
Now that we are living in our new home and enjoying its benefits, life is literally more enjoyable and easier. Our kitchen is a joy to be in and we have a beautiful home to share with friends and family. We feel cocooned and comfortable.
David and Renee have built a great company that build great homes. Their son Rhys and the team who work with them are a credit to them and we would absolutely build another house with them, no question.

everything we wanted in the home, and the bespoke design delivered beyond our expectations. It was so easy when making any adjustments to the plans to have the builders in the room to advise as well - no going back to architects and engineers waiting weeks for the revised plans! Having built before, this was a refreshing change! Wattle were so helpful with recommendations and tips when choosing finishes - their ranges are extensive, and we also had the ability to select outside their range for a special piece if desired.
Wattle have involved us from beginning to end, checking on the smallest details and always being available to answer questions. The workmanship and quality of our build is of the highest quality, and we highly recommend them - we would not hesitate to use them again and again!

I recieved wonderful presents on handover but the main thing I received that day was our luxury, beautiful custom designed 415 sqm house to live in with my family. Excellent Experience – The team from Wattle and their subcontractors were excellent and everyone from front desk to the owner were great to deal with. They kept us informed and tried to accommodate any changes we requested after the design sign-off. The quality of the build has been great, there was minimal downtime between trades / stages of the build, keeping us on schedule (or slightly ahead of schedule) to get the keys to the front door in a week or so. We highly recommend Wattle Court Southern Highlands.
