the call it tells you to leave a message and when I go to leave a message it says the mail box is full call some other time. I have called so many times at different times and keep getting the same message. Very disappointed.

My outdoor table has been delivered? But to where? Have tried contacting whoever and whatever but nobody can tell me who the delivery company is or any information! Must be a scam! Now have to go through pay pal to recover my money, I feel sorry for pay pal as they have to deal with these problems

 Follow-up  · My order has never been delivered, the company representatives that I emailed couldn’t find the item or the delivery company. So what hope do you have!? Thankfully I paid with Pay Pal and have received a refund I will never deal with this company again

2 minute look at this website and its clearly a scam.... did all these customers really think they were getting $300 outdoor settings delivered for $49? I was looking at what was clearly a $1500 chicken coop for $275 and ot was clearly fraud. I'm amazed people give them money.

Scammers – After waiting 2 months for the outdoor furniture, we received the necklace instead. NEVER ever buy from this company. Thankfully we used Paypal and got a full refund through them. The don't deserve any stars but had to click on it to post this review.

I found a tracking in Pay Pal and I have tracked it and finally the delivery was dropped off today. A small envelope with a cheap metal ring is what I got. WTF!!!! reply for about a week and in the meantime I thought better see how other customers rated them - hence I looked at their reviews on here. A little cautiously I found they had a number of bad reviews mainly on customer service. I composed an email to them saying I'm interested in buying a bunch of stuff but am a little worried about your service reputation. I got an email back from a Customer Service Manager Ahmad very quickly and he was very helpful in checking in-stocks, specs and delivery lead times. He put me at ease and I placed a $6,000 order with them (it was an expensive couch).

Ahmad was in contact about it on a weekly basis or whenever I had a pressing question. Some things were out of stock when they showing available but Ahmad was quick to offer lead times and other suggestions. I then had trouble collecting the goods from my new house so much of it was redirected to my old place through Ahmad. I asked to return one item - no problem. I then found faults with a couple of items and they were replaced in a speedy manner at no cost to me. If you're thinking about buying from these guys I can highly recommend them. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience Wayfair!

I am expecting to bring home my 8 week old pedigree Bichon Frise puppy very soon, and I purchased these products to assist me with toilet training/house training (crate training) and safe puppy proof den and play area to help him settle in to his new home, and a safe area for him to sleep, until he has adjusted and is ready to leave the playpen containment area.

Comparing online stores - And the difference between the "Others" & Wayfair Australia.

I normally would have been anxious and worried that such an important purchase would be delayed in arrival or that I would receive an email notifying me that the items were "out of stock " like some " other online stores " I have purchased from in the past..... Which then leaves No time to shop around to rectify the issues caused, and then you become angry and frustrated at the lack of Service and Reliability!

** BUT, I am extremely pleased to say that this has not been my experience with Wayfair Australia ** :D

I am very pleased as a first time customer of Wayfair Australia, and will continue to shop with this company.

Supplies Poor Quality Goods and trying to get refund is impossible!! – this company is absolutely the worst company I have dealt with online!! 1. me the product cost. Why should I have to pay postage on totally faulty goods?

3. got label to return goods - advised date of pick up. Left house gate open to get parcel picked up - wasn't.

4. rang company - advised would pick up the next day. As usual, nothing.

5. sent email to company complaining - still no refund, and goods not picked up.

6. got email from company stating they would send me a new label for collection

6. Received email stating freight company had rung me and I had said I would not be home that day for collection. Complete and utter lie.

7. Rang Wayfair - said they would TRY to get parcel picked up next day, and would SEE about processing my refund.

8. STILL no refund - no goods collected.

9. Have lodged a dispute with Paypal, and escalated it - and more than 2 weeks later, Wayfair have not had the courtesy to respond.

I think this speaks for itself.....

What really annoys me is that I had temporary lamps in the house, that I had paid $9 for at a discount outlet. The quality of these cheap lamps was FAR better than the expensive ones I purchased from Wayfair.

Hopeless to deal with... All I get are lies and more lies.... NO Customer Service... Why can't I give NO stars??

Don't waste your time buying from this company.. Headaches, waste of time, waste of money...

Wayfair seems way fair – Ordered & delivered with not the slightest hint of problems. The rather amazing AusPost Track advise was spot on, up to the point of advising the object 'was at PO', and it arriving about an hour later. Impressed.

Don't be misled by scammers – The wayfair.com.au is a scam site. Wayfair (a US company) has no presence in Australia only in Canada, UK & Germany. Scammers are using their name.

Buyer Beware – Purchased a sideboard from them, the only correspondence was confirming the order. Other than that there was no correspondence. I sent them various emails and kept receiving Delivery incomplete emails. Grateful that the payment was made using PayPal and otherwise i would of lost my money. Wine Rack Wine X.( WR2000SKU#WINI1004) purchased two. $458.00 plus $62.50 frieght – Product came 1 week later than advised. Metal framing was flimsier than we thought for the price. one box had all accessories missing, so that was an extra expense. Purchased on-line

Bad – According to ZIZO I ordered the colour of the item I received although I thought I ordered a different colour, but they were not very helpful and it was going to cost me a fortune to send it back, be aware of all the fine print in the return policy, I will not recommend this site. I will also be putting in a complaint to consumer affairs to see if all the charges are above board.

making any purchase from a supplier that uses Allied Express. Australia post would have had it here days ago. Allied is just a distribution point that uses subcontractors, who aren't fussed about timeliness.

my fault, it seems a bit tricky to keep your interest history as an item(s) in your purchase list, risking your buying it if you return once more to the website to buy another item. Seems like consumer-trap behaviour to gain pennies at cost of lost future dollars. I will avoid this site in future For an online store their 3 star rating should have been a warning.

rug! no defects, great seller communication and fast postage. if you're looking at their rugs, get one. it's amazing value. though I hear from other reviews other fragile decor items arrive in bad shape- fortunately rugs are hard to damage in shipment.

Extremely fast delivery – I ordered 2 hall runners on Tuesday and they were delivered on Thursday of the same week! I got a notification at 1.30pm on Thursday that they'd been dispatched and they were waiting at my front door at 3.30pm! No hassles. Good quality. One rug is slightly more real than blue in colour, but I'll probably keep it.

inform me on the morning of delivery, I was kept in the loop the whole time. The communication was very professionally carried out from the beginning to end. While the mirror unfortunately had a tiny fault, I was given options for a resolution. My choice of resolution was kindly obliged and promptly processed. This experience will certainly make me feel confident to continue my shopping at Wayfair.
