Fast track to my weeks home care check in Colin drove down and went through my list (only 4-6 things very very minor shows how excellent weeks are at building) Colin was fantastic in explaining and answering any question and tips to help fix or repair if I ever had problems later on eg someone might mark my wall Colin gave great examples on how to repair with out costing a whole replacement of work/paint :) overall would I recommend weeks heck yes go with them have faith and more importantly congratulations on your new home

A particular highlight was working with [Name Removed], our interior designer at MyChoice Design Studio. [Name Removed] was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. Most importantly, [Name Removed] quickly understood the vision my wife and I had for our home — a warm, modern country style that feels contemporary while still having character and a sense of timelessness.
Rather than simply guiding us through a list of selections, [Name Removed] helped bring the whole concept together, offering knowledgeable advice while still allowing the finished design to feel very much like our home. The process was enjoyable, well organised and far less daunting than we initially expected.
Building a new home involves a huge number of decisions, so having confidence in the people guiding you makes an enormous difference. So far, Weeks Homes and MyChoice Design Studio have certainly delivered. We’re genuinely excited to see our selections and ideas come together as the build progresses.
By the way, [Name Removed] makes an excellent coffee.

constantly going above and beyond. The communication and updates throughout the build were excellent, and the whole project ran on time. We only ever had a few very small issues, and they were rectified almost immediately. Most of the time our site supervisor was already onto it before we had even asked about it. Another big factor for us was the cost certainty. The price stayed exactly the same throughout the build. The 12-month contract we signed at the beginning held that price, which gave us real peace of mind knowing there would be no unexpected costs unless we chose to make changes ourselves. has sometimes anticipated my questions and on the odd occasion he hasn't known the answer he has come back to me in a reasonable timeframe. This person has been engaging, enthusiastic and real. Compared with sales people from other builders, the Weeks person knew, or knew where to find, all the designs that Weeks offers to ensure I was choosing the most suitable one for my situation. Vs another builders sales person who only knew the two houses at the display village I met them at. One of the selling points for me has been the guaranteed build time. I'm doing a knockdown rebuild of the house I live in, so I want to know exactly how long I'll be needing a rental for, to reduce costs where possible.

design consultant, working through council conditions, and managing a fairly stressful process outside of Weeks Homes itself. Throughout all of this, [Name Removed] was a steady, reliable point of contact who made a genuinely difficult process feel manageable.
From our first conversation, [Name Removed] took the time to properly understand our site — including our council-approved concept plan and the requirement for the two dwellings to be built touching — and tailored the Marleston 30 design proposal around our actual circumstances rather than offering a generic pitch.
What stood out most:
He walked us through the New Home Proposal step by step, making sure we genuinely understood each part before moving forward. He worked through several staged construction loan scenarios with us, helping us think through realistic, workable options. He took the time to understand how our council conditions would affect a staged build approach, and helped us ask the right questions of our broker and other consultants. He was patient and consistently professional even as we were juggling other stressful parts of this project, and never once added pressure — he let us move at our own pace while still giving clear, well-informed guidance.
It's rare to find someone in new home sales who combines real technical understanding with genuine care for the client's outcome, especially during a project with this many moving parts. If you're considering building with Weeks Homes, I'd strongly recommend speaking with [Name Removed].

Team to ensure the design we chose complied with PlanSA requirements as well as ours. The team was super helpful, knowledgeable and offered guidance continually from initial concept right through the Council planning assessment stages to ultimately achieve a Full Development Approval!
The Selections process was very exciting and we had the wonderful [Name Removed] to help guide us through the day. The actual appointments for the walk through and the full selection day did feel a little rushed, however we understand there is so much to cover in these appointments and are so grateful for the insight and knowledge we had in [Name Removed] to help us makes these choices! build was actually completed ahead of schedule, which speaks to how well the whole project was planned and managed from day one. It's a real credit to the team, and to Brogan in particular, that things moved along efficiently without cutting corners.
Throughout the build, Brogan kept me consistently informed with regular scheduled updates on progress, rather than leaving me to chase for information. Knowing roughly when to expect an update, and actually receiving it on time, made a big difference in taking the stress out of the process.
Whenever I've raised a concern or issue along the way, Brogan has addressed it promptly and professionally, without any need for me to follow up repeatedly or escalate things. It's clear he takes ownership of problems rather than just noting them down, and genuinely cares about getting things right for the homeowner.
Building a home can be a daunting process, with a lot of moving parts and unfamiliar decisions, but the combination of Weeks Homes' efficient project management and Brogan's consistent communication, responsiveness, and professionalism made it a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish.
I'd also like to say a special thank you to Demi and Victoria in the projects office, whose behind-the-scenes support and coordination helped keep everything running smoothly. Their assistance didn't go unnoticed and was a big part of making this such a positive experience overall.

Absolutely the worst experience fathomable. Enter into a fixed price contract which Weeks now decline to honour and have withdrawn from. Refused to enter into fixed price HIA contract. They've been through about 8 staff during the proceedings so far, seems like a significant amount of staff. Perhaps a culture issue, that ones my opinion. But… Read more
certainly, incompetent. Cannot meet their promises and now don't wish to be held to their contractual obligations. Don't trust their staff or their advice in relation to, well, almost anything because from my personal experience, they'll duck and dodge all accountability for anything they try to sell you and then can't / won't deliver on.
Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone to enter into any dealings with Weeks. I have personally found their staff to be aggressive on tactics, rude, arrogant and dismissive.
