Hi all, My induction stove has just stopped functioning and all it does is flash all of the lights twice and then go blank. Then it repeats this over and over. Turned it off at mains for a minute but still doing the same. Help please Shane

What is the fault E9 mean

My induction cooktop keeps turning itself off then displaying E7. If I let it cool it works for a short time then turns off. Have had it in a new home for 18 months - no problem before this.

Haven't had this problem at all. Really hope it doesn't occur. Sounds like there is a malfunction in the sensor field, p 8 and 9 of manual. Page 12 suggests you: Disconnect the stove from electrical supply for some time.

Disconnect the fuse from the elect. system of the house.

Connect again.

If E comes up again, call service centre.

My Induction cooktop turns itself off within seconds. Displays numbers 3 6 7. Is this a fault code? I can't get it stay on to cook my dinner. Only been in use for 3 months and gone all of sudden. Please HELP. Post code 6171. West Australia.

I have the same problem with my 60cm cooktop. Have you resolved it yet and if so, what was the cause and solution?

I had a technician look at it and they said it had been installed incorrectly. There is no circulation allowed in the benchtop. This of course made the warranty invalid. I am not a happy lady. Such an inconvenience. I am now on a mission to get it resolved. Wendy
