Where can i purchase this range hood from in brisbane qld?

My WRG607IW fan stopped working completely but the lights still work fine. After cleaning the entire unit the fan commence working. I notice there is a slide guide that engages the fan system. I dont get two fan speed anymore just the full fan when the slider is pulled out. Whats my next steps to ensure my family is safe with this product?
