Hi, we just bought this fridge and found that the lower half of the fridge is not cold. The freezer is perfect but the lower half isn’t great at all I had through a lot of food out. I was told it could be the fans but not sure. Any help?

What to put the controls on to so to stop everything freezing at the back of the fridge is it better to put controls on lowest cool or is it the highest cool for best results?

I don't have an answer but I'd love to ask the same question! It's about time fridge manufacturers used a sunshine and snowflake symbol on their thermostats instead of those ambiguous "high" and "low" cool descriptions. I have been going around in circles trying to get this right.
