Hi Pranee, Thanks for your enquiry, we have looked into this and as this is a 20-year-old model its very hard to find much information on this. I have attached the link below to the user manual. My suggestion would be to refer to page 2 which mentions a few things to try. However, as this is very old a replacement would be the best option if none of these suggestions works.

Hi Jim, It would be best to give Arisit Technical Support a call for information on this error message. However, this is quite an old model microwave, so if there is a component not working there may not be replacement parts available. Regards

Sorry but I don't have this issue with My microwave!

My microwave does that. It's a cooling cycle. Mine actually displays 'cooling ' . It stops in a couple of minutes.

The microwave fan has been designed to still run after you have used it to cool down the unit.

Hello Brian to set the time you need to Press the Clock pad then the Stop pad to set your time and then you need to press the Clock pad again to finish!

Thanks Sophie I worked it out. I was putting time in as a 24 hrs clock. It's not. Is a 12hr format.

ok no worries

Touch Clock Button.

Touch Stop Button.

Enter time (it's not 24 hour clock, if you enter 20:34, it will reject. Instead enter 8:34)

Touch Clock button again.

Done

Took me 1 year to figure out.lol

I had to Google the manual by putting the model number and Google got the manual for Me

that's how I changed the time,

Google knows everything lol
