Absolutely poor customer service and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. Bought a jumper as a present, size was to big, requested for a simple exchange and size and because it was bought during their EOFY SALE (not clearance) it cannot be return or exchange!! it as the company doesn’t care as they already made their money!!! One would think, to make them stand out from other online companies they would look after their customers better but obviously only money crabbers!!! Might as well by the fake ones from the Asian shop, they more likely to corporate.

will likely cost you almost as much as you paid for the dress and shipping in the first place. You’ll end up losing a significant amount of money. Overall, this purchase was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the price.

leggings I have ever put on. The shirts were a nice and somewhat thicker material, this meant that the 2 white shirts I purchased were not even remotely see through (allowing me to wear a bright red bra and it not being visible at all) and the jumpers are so thick and comfortable. The clothes were amazing quality and the delivery/despatch times were amazing, especially since it was during a sale. Cannot recommend enough!

the Tee, instead offered a 50% store credit which is a joke as there is a 40% sale on at the moment anyway! The whole family used to buy whitefox I won’t be anymore and I will be telling everyone about the poor experience. After reading other people’s reviews and seeing they also had terrible customer service I am not surprised!

My daughter bought a linen skort from the online store - wore it only once and it's ripped at the seam pocket. She emailed requesting for a refund or exchange and received a reply saying no. When she sent them a second email with a screen shot of the consumer rights and guarantee on the accc website they offered a 50% discount on her next item. Absolutely ridiculous!! Clearly from the photo this is faulty!

customer service asking if I could have another pair of bike shorts as the ones I received were faded and did not match the top. They told me, sorry can't do, what you ordered is true to colour and depending on the light your under it will show a different shade. I showed the garments to my daughter and neighbour and both said they were different shades these two items are NOT a set. This was clearly false advertising to make me buy the top and I am infuriated an Australian company can do this to consumers to make them buy their products. I wanted matching bike short to top but no they won't accommodate. They wont offer refund as clearly I did not receive what I ordered and wanted.

I was a loyal repeat customer to White fox but the few times I needed to reach out to customer service it has been appalling. I received a broken dress and was refused a refund as they didn’t considering it a manufacturers fault even though it arrived to me with the strap broken and unwearable. response, send another email asking if this could be sorted quickly as I paid the extra to have dress for event on weekend and reply was pretty much just telling me to then pay to send the faulty item back with no details on if they would hurry to send me a new one. Clearly don’t check their items before sending and bad customer service. First time purchasing from them and after that would not recommend!

The dress arrived already fraying, with loose threads pulling at the fabric before I even had the chance to wear it. The workmanship is extremely poor and the quality feels very cheap. I reached out about the issue, but the response was disappointing and unhelpful. For the price, I expected something wearable, not something that looks like it’s falling apart on arrival. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), a business cannot force a consumer to accept store credit instead of a refund when the consumer is entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund because a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, you can demand a refund, not a store credit.

e.This has been lodged with NSW Fair Trading and encourage everyone who had bad experiences to lodge.

 Follow-up  · They are a business with 0 ethics. Why someone would buy anything from them beggars disbelief.

you received an initial 20% discount, you will only receive a credit for this to then have to re-purchase a different size at full price! Really poor business.

 Follow-up  · They FINALLY sent a return label… and nearly a month later, I am STILL waiting for my refund. Really dodgy and poorly run company.

purchase but had been waiting for the credit. Finally I received the credit of $204.51 and made a purchase and made sure l applied the credit to my cart at checkout. However when I checked my bank account, I saw that they charged me the FULL amount instead of the difference with the credit. It was a complete bait and switch and robbery for them to do that. I have been emailing them for weeks now requesting that they refund the $204.51 that was supposed to be applied to my order and they are refusing. I was charged $242.74 but was only supposed to be charged $38.23 and need to be refunded $204.51

And to make matters worst they said my credit expired after this so I still couldn’t use it. Complete crooks! The right thing to do would have been to refund the amount but at the very very least, give me the credit back on my account.

 Follow-up  · It’s been awful. I still can’t believe they refuse to do the right thing. They are horrible people.

bought a few pairs of shorts in different colours, but also 2 different styles. It seems the collections which they have on their website are quite unique from each other. So I made a return of the style that didn't fit me properly, then ordered that colour in the same style as the shorts which did fit perfectly. A seamless & straightforward process. Mildly annoying that there's a difference between sizing across collections, but once you know which is the best comfort & look for you it's acceptable. The several purchases which I have made over the last few years are all in excellent condition, even after many washes. There is absolutely no colour fade or problems with the print falling off the garments. I love my trackies & shorts, especially the range of fun colours there are to choose from! White Fox for gold!

It was my worst online shopping. Their customer service is so funny. Their website is so funny. The sizes are the most funny sizing you ever seen and they don’t refund, exchange or any help. White Fox has been such a letdown. Their strict “no exchanges” policy is frustrating enough, but the quality of the clothing makes it even worse. The loungewear faded incredibly quickly and developed those little fabric balls after barely any wear, which is not what I expect at this price point. Put shirt on the first wear and within a minute, realised there was huge hole in the sleeve. Wouldn’t accept return or give a replacement as tags weren’t on. Poor customer service. Won’t be ordering again.
