There were numerous issues and things that had not been cleaned or not done properly. I contacted via email and left numerous messages asking for someone to call me back. I am currently standing in my empty house being told someone will call me back. Really poor customer service post payment and the clean is far from what was promised.i will now be cleaning the house myself. Do not recommend! I paid nearly $1000 and I will spend the next few hours getting all cupboards, windowsills, walls and floors cleaned.
Avoid! Not very impressed with the lack of customer service. Got a text this morning at about 7.10am to say no one is coming today for my booking at 10am (although booking made on Tuesday), and to reply back with a new time. every half hour or so. I did tell her to call after 9am Brisbane time on Tuesday, but got multiple missed calls BEFORE 9am….then I had to call just after 9.
I wanted a spring clean including the ceiling fans, but was took they didn’t clean anything over head height…..even though it was a wth mom, I said I could reach them. A cleaning company that doesn’t like to do a proper clean…..
I have now wasted a days annual leave so I could get the job done, and probably can kiss my money goodbye!
I wish I had read the reviews of this company before using them. My teenage daughter could have done a better job than Whizz did. Please note that the clean guarantees are not honoured.

assured that the Job would be done. The guy finished at 11.00PM and I had to go back to house in the middle of the night to lock up. Inspection next day revealed how badly the job was done and all I got from Whizz was stupid excuses and email ping-pong. The Property Manager identified more than 45 items which still needed cleaning. Luckily the Landlord agreed to let the cleaning issues slide since he decided to demolish the house. $1360 for one guy for 14 hours seems pricewise extremely excessive especially since he had to take breaks and most likely wasn't very efficient anymore after 8 hours of cleaning. Timber Floors throughout the House and he didn't even mop them Do yourself a favour: If you can't clean your house or apartment yourself get any service except Whizz. Waste of money and yes, I'm upset and dissapointed.

We returned to the house the following day and were absolutely disgusted by the condition it was left in. The floors were not mopped and hardly vacuumed, no surface had been wiped or cleaned, no drawers or walls were cleaned, a large mark was left on our carpet, there was toilet paper and bits of plastic put into our toilet bowel and left there and our oven grills were left dirty soaking in the laundry sink. The amount that we were supposed to pay for a ‘vacate clean’ was crazy considering the house was dirtier than we had left it. We actually could not even see anything that had been cleaned. We were absolutely appalled and disgusted. I phoned whizz cleaning who stated they cannot do anything as it was booked by a real estate agent.
I contacted my real estate agent who also disgusted and sorted us to have photographs taken again after a proper clean was completed.

Worst Cleaning Service – Paid $150 for someone to come and mop and vacuum. Bins we not emptied. Bathroom looks like its had a small wipe down. Paid for 2 bedrooms ans the second before wasn't even touched. Asked for a refund and was offered a $30 credit on my next clean. Extremely disappointed. Will never recommend to anyone.
DO NOT USE – Simple cleaning Job postponed, delayed and multiple non attendances kept me waiting on multiple occasions to find out they aren’t turning up. Rubbish

Poor cleaning – Basic very poor cleaning , not cleaned well and done badly and smears or total areas missed and very bad communication with staff and customer service nil . I would not use this company. Came back twice and nothing changed . The third time the couple cleaned thoroughly and i will be using them privately

If you are willing to exchange a bit of assurance (because Whizz doesn't tell you clearly on whether a job has been accepted, and communication is a bit lacking overall) for a cheaper service that still ticks the boxes, I can't fault the company. Maybe save your cleaner's phone number if you really like the guy - like I did.
Danny is fantastic – Danny has been cleaning my house for a long time now and he has always done amazing job we love having him here helping keep our place spotless we are now moving but when we settle we will be booking him in again in our new home

Had a bad experience house cleaning in Armadale yesterday. The 2 girls we were expecting turned up late, only 1 girl arrived . Ran out of time to finish upstairs . TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with the service provided. Would not recommend Whiff Cleaning to anybody else.

don’t bother enough of my time has been wasted. Needless to say the cleaner arrives at 12-25 and I saw the guy get out of his car with a woman and as they were removing cleaning items his phone rings, he answers and then replaces the things into his car. The other issue here is that we requested only One person to clean and not have 2 cause keeping an eye on 2 isn’t easy. Won’t recommend
Paid $700 for a full house clean prior to moving in and at best they did $100 worth of work (this is in South Australia). Everything was so dirty that I'm shocked that they employ people who consider this in any way ok :(

courteous and reliable with no breakage. The problem here though was that when Whizz organised the job they took a count of my furniture and boxes and assured me they would have a truck big enough to move in 1 trip to keep the cost dow.. This did not happen and I immediately wore extra travel time cost since they charge by the hour. I disputed this was their mistake and not mine but my complaint fell on deaf ears. I was offered a call back or email from management and got nothing twice. I think it would've been fair if they refunded me 1 hour travel time for the second trip
The end of lease clean also had its issues but they were all Whizz fault and not the cleaners. The cleaners turned up practically on time and their manager from Suree cleaning was courteous and nice. After the job was done though I got an email from Whizz saying I only had 5 days for touch ups or my bond back guarantee was no longer applicable. This is important information Whizz needed to tell me earlier because then I would've organised the cleaning day to be closer to the end of lease inspection which was 7 days after the clean. I would provided the end of lease clean was not 1 month later I should still get my bond back guarantee and will now probably also wear additional cost.
Terrible, recommend you don’t use this service – Happy to take money, Before informing me that they have no cleaners in my area anymore. Now waiting 3-5 business days for a refund. Absolute joke.

find a different company to complete their end of lease clean. I booked over the phone and asked the rep to take me through the extras to see what ones I needed, wall washing was not even mentioned. The REA said the walls needed to be cleaned on the end of lease inspection, I then raised this directly after I received the report from the REA (it was outside the five days but unfortunately I cannot control when the REA gets the end of lease inspection completed). I raised these issues with Whizz and they accepted that I was never informed that wall washing was extra while making the booking they used these two issues (that are outside of my control) to not honour their guarantee. I had to go back and wash the walls myself.

charge extra for heavy lifting an extra $200 for shrink wrap and an extra 6 hours loading time so a move that was quoted at $900 looks like costing us $3400, not even close to their quote, don’t trust this company they have terrible business practices, the removalists were great but the company is very shoddy they will massively over charge and add on costs they never informed you about. We are taking our case to the ombudsman and advise others who have been ripped off by this company to do the same. If you do choose to get a quote ask about the extras and how many hours labour it usually takes, they quoted us 4 hours and charged for 16, a lot of the time charged was off site loading and unloading for storage. Be very careful as this ended up costing us a lot more then other quotes we received that didn’t have extras. We only move from Bankstown to Camden.
Horrific – Horrific company to deal with. Over an hour late every time and always make up a story about the cleaners having to change a tire. Have heard the same made up story on multiple bookings. The cleaners themselves are great, the company Whizz shouldn’t be in operation. Never again.

Experience:
The overall process of booking the appointment was easy, just did it through phone - however its quite pricey for what you get. Ended up costing $500 for a 1 bedroom clean, which upon hindsight, I should've shopped around to see more competitive quotes.
They remained in contact throughout and assigned me a cleaner quickly, sent me reminders and fortunately the cleaner arrived on time (despite having a scare where the cleaner almost rescheduled).
Overall, the clean was done efficiently and quickly - the carpet was cleaned, microwave and vents, the standard that you'd expect. However, upon our inspection, we could see that the wall wash wasn't up to standard - still leaving marks throughout the entire living room.
Long story short, I had requested a refund/re-do to which they needed the REA final report, which once I had connected them to the REA (who had issues with the wall wash as well as the balcony and needed these fixed before releasing the bond).
This whole process took over a week, to which the cleaner had to reschedule which ended up not having the re-clean completed. I initially commended the customer service agents Poy Castillo and Cherry Benito for the constant care in trying to get this fixed - dealing with an albeit very difficult Real Estate Agent. Unfortunately this wasn't completed and the new tenant had to clean this themselves and thankfully I got my bond back.
However, upon trying to get in contact to the same customer agents mentioned above regarding a refund for the wall wash that I had specifically paid for (I should've asked for both the wall wash and balcony add-ons refunded) and sent 3 emails to the same service that would reply quickly - they ghosted me and have not replied since.
What could've been a review that had turned positive, had they completed the reclean or at least compensated for their subpar EOL clean, turned negative due to clearly not caring to even respond anymore.
I do not recommend going with this company for your EOL, especially when it comes to price + quality.
Good cleaning service, frustrating management – They provided an excellent, thorough cleaning service. However, I asked not to be called during business hours as I have clients. They would call multiple times. The instructions I provided about how to enter our property were not forwarded to the cleaner. There is no mechanism to communicate whether I would like certain rooms left as is.
This is awful. They also trade as Jarvis cleaning (suspicious) – So we signed up for a regular cleaner. On their website they say they will mostly provide the same cleaner each time. It was quite possibly the worst cleaning service. It is also quite suspicious as they seem to operate under two separate names - Jarvis Clean and Whizz clean.

showed up and within less than a minute left the premises without saying anything and this is where everything just became an offensive and insult that I would conclude these are scammers and not a professional company and are completely dishonest - someone from the office contacts me, I have the SMS and message and declares the cleaners arrived and no one greeted them and they could not enter the property - The same person from the office later manages to ring me and we speak and then is declaring that the conditions are completely different to the original quote - as in stating we were required not to be residing in the premises - but on the contract of the quote in which I hired them I declared settlement was not until after the date of cleaning and that we were still residing in the house - so either this worker in the office is a complete liar and fraud or the company had no lawful right in accepting and taking money from me in order to do a job that i required to be done - The same worker then refused me to speak to management also
The next day I managed to speak with management - I was also with the real estate agent and got them to arrange things after settlement as it requires another party of the people buying the house, the manager twisted the events and made it sound like oh it was just miscommunication
I requested photos to be taken of before and after pictures to be sent to me - they have not arrived and I am thinking of contacting the financial firm I arranged to pay this mob to obtain a refund. I have no way of knowing the jobs done, they lied to me and then around me throughout the time and they charged close to 1k to do a job in which I paid with goodwill for the completion of a job prior to myself moving out. They have really offended and insulted me and I am actually disgusted with this business
*EDITED* As i have to write in the following as I left it out They took 864, breached contract and this happened today, they still email invoices out requesting the money with a disclaimer if you paid ignore this email, not once or twice but on a constant bases but they never sent anything to prove they actually did the job - 5 times now they have emailed me the invoice I'm contacting my financial provider to get a refund seriously wished I never trusted them or even contacted them to do the job and if they continue to harass me via emails I will then see what I can do in regards to placing charges or suing them - based on what I have read by others after writing this review, I totally agree with those complaining

how to use steam mop, wet down bathrooms but did not properly clean tiles let all areas pooling with water. Did not clean light switches or door handles, did not empty bins or wipe over lids, did no cleaning at all in the laundry. Did about one hour of work in two hours and then left. I canceled the service and was not offered compensation or refund. I am unsure what Whizz does as an agent for the money they receive from clients.
Do not recommend – Girlfriend got them to do an exit/bond clean. Cleaner turned up and complained that it was a last minute booking because the other cleaner cancelled. Property manager checked, missus called Whizz and was told walls were extra and not included in the price and she shouldve told them she wanted the walls cleaned.
