Do not use this company
was told on the day of the end of lease clean that they were unable to find a cleaner despite having booked the week before.
Took a tremendous amount of effort to obtain my refund as their customer service team was not across how to refund via Zippay.
WORST CLEANERS EVER!
I employed Whizz cleaners which is a subsidiary company of Jarvis. They called me when finished and I inspected the cleaning which was not completed to any standard, they informed me that they had to go to another job and if they have to come back they will. Property manager requested they come back and still they didn't clean correctly, I wondered what they did for four hours! In the end I cleaned for one hour and rectified the issues and it's all done, I should have done it myself! Never again!
Not reliable, not trustworthy or not competent at customer service or cleaning
We made a booking to have our property cleaned on a Monday afternoon in order to prepare our property for real estate photos on a Tuesday. On a subsequent phone call, to be more flexible, I agreed that they could come anytime on the Monday. On Monday at 5pm, after three calls to the customer service, Whizz finally answered the phone and informed me that the cleaners would not be coming. It was then agreed they would come the next day.
When I inspected the property on Tuesday evening, it was clear the job had not been completed. There was dust ...and dirt on the floor throughout the property (photos of bathroom area where the dirt and marks were most obvious are attached). I called to follow up on Wednesday afternoon and after waiting on the line (and repeatedly listening to 'your call is important to us") I was eventually put through to a vociemail service. I left a message requesting a call back but after waiting 24 hours, I received no response. I called again the next day and after explaining to the customer service officer that we required the cleaner to return to finish the cleaning urgently (before the 1st property inspection on Saturday), I was told this would not be possible and that I should send an email detailing my complaint. (having already left a voicemail and spoken to customer service on the phone) The email has been sent and is now 9 days since the initial clean was meant to happen. No refund, no return of cleaners. No resolution. We have never once been allowed to speak to the cleaners or a manager. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Exactly what was needed
Had an end of lease clean done this week when I moved. Oven is now immaculate, all surfaces look new, and I’m now very happy to hand over the keys.
Perfect, will use again
Terrific outfit, great communications, first class clean. They provide whatever specific cleaning service you might require. I was not at home, everything I asked for was carried out. At least three calls from them keeping me updated.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Whizz to friends and family.
So reliable and easy to book
I have my house cleaned every 4 weeks by Whizz cleaners. They always arrive on time and do a great job. Competitively priced too and feedback is requested. Highly recommend
Awful do not use
Do not trust this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. They will not clean your apartment properly and then hide behind their RECALL clean service which should really only be for if a landlord doesn't find the job acceptable even if the client did, not when they haven't even done enough to fulfill the initial client request.
Large portions of my apartment were not cleaned to the level that I would have lost my bond. I called Whizz and was told that I needed to fail my inspection and risk my bond so that I triggered their 'redo' se...rvice. I was told if I cleaned the things that hadn't been completed myself (to avoid risking losing my bond) then my purchase would be voided. As I do not think it's acceptable to ask the customer to risk four weeks of their rent to begin with, I redid a large amount of cleaning and your company basically refused to help because of it, even though you did not actually provide the service you advertised and that I paid for to begin with. I've had to email the company twice about the job, as well as threaten to take them to NSW Fair Trade before getting any help and even then they offered me $50 back on a $300 job (which I am grateful for) but also insinuated that I was trying to add on extra jobs (which I wasn't). This company has been utterly exhausting. Don't trust this company. Don't use this company. Don't risk your money and have to fight tooth and nail to not have it just dismissed. My experience with this company was terrible and has left a terrible taste in my mouth.
Really efficient clean
Booked a clean last minute, initially Whizz tried to see if I could move the clean to the next day. After letting them know I need it today they sourced a cleaner that was available in the next hour. The cleaner was fast and efficient. The customer service from the Whizz agent was also great. Would highly recommend.
Great Cleaning Company
Professional, reliable and honest. Household cleaning the way it is meant to be. Have been using this service for years and we are very happy. A massive help for a big busy family.

Been using Whizz for a number of months now. Cannot fault the cleaning by Spotlight Property Services nor the customer service team at Whizz…. Love coming home every Monday to a freshly clean home. More than happy to recommend

I booked a home cleaning on Tuesday for a home cleaning on Friday at 3pm because I had guests on Saturday trusting that they do the job.
I received a confirmation email and a message a day before that the cleaner will come. I had to stay home on the day so that the cleaners have no [problem accessing the property.
On the day, no one showed up. Had to call them several times to finally (after 1 hour and a half) hear that the cleaners cannot come and they can reschedule!!!
I asked for cancellation and compensation as I had to find someone else urgently to do the job. They refused to give any compensation and only cancelled!
Do not get into this scam. really waste of time, money and energy.
Terrible at Cleaning
They told us they might not be able to make it the day we requested, then they were late showing up. Wouldn't have been a big deal if they hadn't done such a terrible job of "cleaning". They were there about 40 minutes total. We had to revacuum the carpet, because they hadn't picked up most of the dirt and cat hair, which we can do easily enough. They didn't clean any of the surfaces. They had been wiped lightly with a dry cloth, but none of the dirty or sticky spots had been truly cleaned. It says they'll wipe down kitchen appliances, that wasn't done. It says they'll empty trash bins, that wasn't done. Just an overall shotty job. Will never use them again.
Never showed up
I booked a cleaner and paid the extra to have a same day clean and no cleaner could be allocated. It was the second time we had cleaners pull out last minute so a big waste of time. Don’t take money if you can’t carry out what’s promised. My money was refunded but disappointed this service can’t deliver on its promises

Whizz offers a Very good cleaning service. App is convenient to manage or alter bookings. Cleaners are professional. They do their job well everytime and are mindful of your personal belongings and space. I use the service regularly
