Great customer service – Williams shoe store in Watergardens is the best place to buy shoes as they have great customer service. Also they refund which is great , Betts don’t refund so won’t be going there again.

Was insulted during fitting – I was insulted and given inaccurate information about my health and growth. The worker serving me was insulting me and had no clue what she was doing. I left the shop feeling annoyed due to her words.

The worst customer service ever – Worst customer service I have ever encountered ever , and don't even think about trying to return for a warranty enquiry . No matter what you say, they don't listen or even assess the product in question, just keep repeating " Wear and Tear " So sad, they are going to ruin this business. I bought a pair of shoes online from Williams. They were a little small even though I had shoes from Colorado in that size. I took the shoes to a store and a very easy and efficient exchange process. The assistant was courteous and offered a similar shoes in the next size up in exchange. The process was very quick. Very pleased with Williams exchange policy and its application. Show details

My experience with Williams Shoes was really good! I was going to return a pair of sandals and Alex from the Carindale branch in Brisbane was really helpful and patient. Very good shoe shop – I got very good service at Williams shoes, although when I went in they were fairly busy. They brought out suitable footwear and continued to do so on request, until I had made my decision.

Disappointed with the service at Runaway Bay store – I bought two pairs of sandals. The new staff member was left without supervision and gave me the display shoes and when I said that I am a member, she ignored me. Then the supervisor arrived and could not find me on the system. Terrible customer service – Went into my local store which is Halls Head Western Australia wanting to purchase a new pair of sandals. Tried on the left and then asked for the right to try. to spend about $200 or more that these shoes are only expected to last 12 months,, I told him that was not what he told me when I purchased them for I told him I always had gotten my previous ones at cheaper places and were disappointed that I had to get new shoes every year or so.... I would not do anything to help me BUT TO RECOMMEND THAT I GET EXPENSIVE ONES (sorry I thought $100 was expensive for sneakers) I came home and called Head Office told them what all [Name Removed] had told they said "He never should have said that as we expect them to last much longer than that" I was told that an Area Manager would be calling me,, TODAY, I called back and said I was still waiting, now after business hours and still no call... all I wanted was other shoe to try no help at all just complaining about staff from day before not doing job properly this sales person had no care factor im really sorry for you about this review but the store and customer need much more care factor.I left quite the store actually very disappointed as I travelled a bit of a way to special to go to your store..

Fantastic customer service from Katrina at Williams Lansell Plaza – Today I received wonderful customer from Katrina at Lansell Plaza. The store was very busy and she was there serving multiple customers at once by herself. The store itself is not very big and is easy to navigate. Nothing was too much trouble. Katrina was also able to find alternative solutions if a particular shoe couldn't be found in my size. Such an asset to the store. Show details

Shoes marked with wrong size – I purchased Four pairs of shoes, all were marked size 8. When I tried them on at home I discovered one pair was clearly a size longer than the others. I returned that pair later in the day and was declined a refund despite the sales person agreeing that the shoes were marked the wrong size. Show details

Lazy staff – I went to Williams in Hornsby. The girl (staff) was busy looking herself in the mirror, didn’t greet customer. I have to ask her for sizes and she gave and left the box on the seat. She’s so lazy. Maybe she never works in the shoe shop before. No wonder, people came inside the store and went off straight away with that poor customer service. I feel bad for the owner. Not good for business

Fantastic Service – I desperately needed 2 pairs of shoes so visited Williams at Knox City. The sales assistant, Janine, was brilliant patiently bringing out all types of shoes as I was having trouble finding the exact ones. She was very friendly & attentive the whole 1.5 hours I was there. Good and bad – The shoes I have from Williams are great, but every time I go in there my size shoe is never in and they won't get anymore in I need to find somewhere that has a bit amount of different sizes, this is every time except once I managed to get a pair

Toowoomba store manager – Without a doubt the rudest individual ever. No help to speak of, didn't even look at us let alone smile. Then found out she was the manager. Dont bother going there unless you want to leave in a bad mood. An idea would be to attempt to be civil to your customers, your already getting terrible reviews.
