Excellent service from Winnings – Excellent service from Christian who was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. The store displays were impressive, extensive and prices competitive. Our order was placed with the Sydney warehouse that afternoon and was delivered at 8am next morning. Our old appliance was collected by the very pleasant delivery men saving us the problem of disposing of it ourselves. All in all an excellent experience.

Electrifying Replacement – We have now replaced all of our gas appliances with electric and (with the help of Winnings Product Specialist, Dominic), the last item - a Siemens induction cooktop - is gleaming in our kitchen. Friendly knowledgeable staff – I went in knowing the exact model of oven I wanted, and after a couple of questions, the staff were happy to order without showing me other options - not like the standard Big Box stores at all. The whole team were friendly and excited about be choice. The only, very small, downside is the Kingston store don't do installations - having said that, they have a few recommended local businesses. Enjoying my new applicances – Christian was very helpful informing me about my options for an induction cooktop, oven and washing machine. The items were delivered on time and I was given the names an electrician and a gas fitter to disconnect my old cooktop. The washing machine is great. Following installation I had a terrific free instore education session with Belinda to assist me in using my new oven.

5 star experience from start to finish – From Renee's friendly and professional help with the process of purchasing a new oven to the delivery team (early!) to the electricians recommended by Winnings, a stress free experience (new experience!).
