were wonderful, taking great care not to damage anything getting the fridge in place. I was nervous making such a large purchase and about getting the fridge damage free into the house, but everything went extremely smoothly and I can't recommend Winning Appliances enough!

Poor customer service – Poor after sales/customer service. We purchased a vanity for our new bathroom from the Roger Seller showroom, within two months of installation the top drawer developed a defect. After an initial acknowledgement of the issue, Winnings has not responded for almost two months despite multiple follow ups and a complaint lodged to their customer service. wasn't. I have sent this request (along with the picture of the missing part) to Winning on the 22nd April and they forwarded it to Siemens and forgot to upload the picture of the missing part. When I followed up with Siemens they have told me that none of their technicians will speak to me (only a tradesman) and to approach Winning appliances again. Winning have now directed me back to Siemens. Round and round we go. Good luck if something doesn't go to plan is all I will say.

Ripped off! – We ordered a $10,000 plus package of appliances for our new kitchen, having specifically told them we may not need the appliances for some months, and asking if they would price match if the prices dropped in the meantime, and they said we had to order now to lock in the saving, so we did. about $2,500. When we complained, Winning tried to palm us off to Ilve, who refused to do anything, of course, because we ordered through Winning. Then Winning repeatedly promised to ring us and sort it out with us ... but ... crickets! Of course we all know that projects can be delayed, and promotions can come and go, but that is why we specifically asked if they would price match any subsequent reductions, and they told us we had to pay to lock in the saving, but that was simply not true, because low and behold, a couple of months later, while we've got the oven unused and still in its box, waiting to be installed, the price dropped by thousands. We should have waited. We were misled. It was not true that we had to pay to lock in the saving, and we would not have done so if they had not told us we had to. And now they won't take any responsibility for it. It is not good enough.

Excellent showroom, the ability to have a cooking demonstration prior to choosing an oven. Above all staff (Benjamin in particular) who are knowledgeable and easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Show details

New dishwasher, highly recommend dealing with Winnings, next day free delivery and take away of my old unit. Winnings will also be at the top of my list going forward over the normal good guys and Harvey Norman.

Perfection! – We purchased a LIEBHERR fridge freezer from Winnings Chadstone. Carlos was polite, knowledgeable and patient. We needed to change the date of delivery numerous times and this was never an issue. Jagpreet delivered our fridge, with rough terrain, he guided his team to get our fridge upstairs and into our kitchen with absolutely ease, he was polite, courteous and very careful with our purchase.
