minute they arrived that this was not possible and a very negative attitude towards what they were being asked to do. Lots of no, no this can’t be done even though it had been agreed via email and several conversations that this could be done, or at least attempted. They found every excuse in the book. They said they could not take it up the stairs in its box- we asked them to phone their supervisor and ask- and then they took it out the box. Then the measurements- in which Winnings Took themselves- in person - were ‘wrong’ - their words quote un quote- Even though We recognized one of the guys from the first time they came to check measurements. No commitment to opening a discussion or problem solving with us was even suggested. We suggested several other options. They wouldn’t budge. We then said can they leave the fridge, we will sort it - did that easily, not long afterwards we managed to get the fridge to its destination up the stairs with some help of friends, a genie lift and a little bit of tenacity.
So 5 stars for sales team. 1 start for delivery team.

you will see a see of people all not wanting to make eye contact or rushing to push you into the "deal" of a lifetime, but I received a friendly and polite greeting and instantly felt at ease with Brad. He had the perfect balance of friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. He patiently helped me with my list that included kitchen appliances, outdoor, wine fridges, sinks... everything... Nothing was too much or beneath him (which unfortunately is what you commonly experience in these higher end stores). All advice was considered and provided on the spot. Very quiet fridge with plenty of storage space – We bought this M.E 458L top mount fridge as an extra fridge in addition to our less than 4 years old SBS 690L Westinghouse fridge. The new fridge has about 2 meters length of cord and it is positioned on the middle top of the fridge which is much better than Westinghouse cord which is positioned on the bottom right side. and labour warranty, 10 years motor warranty. The motor of this new fridge is very quiet. There is two ways flexible glass shelf to store large or tall items in the fridge compartment. The other shelves are unjustable with 16 to 17cm height spacing which is fine for us. The light is at the back, it will be good if It's on the sides and brighter. It has a removable ice maker and tray.
Winnings Appliances has free delivery service and free removal of old appliance of the same type. I received SMS and email regarding two hours delivery window on the day of delivery. Then another SMS and email half an hour before arrival. We are very happy for their service and our purchase.

Installers don’t know what they are doing and store has zero communication with warehouse – Purchased new F&P washer, heat pump dryer and stacking kit from Winning O’Connor. mentioned the stacking installation and he said they were planning to put the dryer on the wall. I had to explain it is a heat pump drier it does not go on a wall! I showed the invoice which included stacking kit but Installer had no stacking kit so I sent him away. He also clearly had zero experience installing this configuration which was very concerning. Installer phoned and said no stacking kits available. Tried to contact store at 10:30 am on a Tuesday phone rang out several times. Eventually spoke to sales consultant several times that day who claimed system showed 3 kits in stock but that they were unable to get any phone or email response from their warehouse. By 9 am next day, store claims they still cannot get any phone or email response from their warehouse. No-one knows what is going on, systems are clearly broken, hard to believe that there is no way to contact their warehouse to sort out the issue. Now trying to get a refund and will buy from a company that can actually provide what I purchase and do a professional installation, let’s see how the refund experience goes.
