Very helpful and knowledgeable consultant. They aren't on commission so you can be confident that they aren't motivated tp sell you a more expensive appliance. Greg from Indooroopilly store was great to deal with, worked well with out designer and provided competitive pricing. Great customer service ! – When I had a problem with supply of a gas cooktop due to a product recall, Winnings was outstanding in their efforts to supply a replacement and also minimised the impact of the delay on our ability to occupy a new house due to certification requirement for a cooking facility. liaised with my kitchen installer to provide specifications for drawings and plannings. She arranged for my items to be stored until the renovation was under way. She emailed me to let me know of price matching that she'd undertaken and locked these prices in for 30 days. I really felt like she had my back from a customer/quality/pricing perspective and really worked with me to get it all done.

This was a remarkable customer service experience I'm happy to share.

APPALLING delivery service – Got email to say item would be delivered between 6.30 and 9.30am. Nothing arrived. By 11.30 was advised (after I had to call) was told another 2/3 deliveries before mine??? More calls and finally the driver said he would be there in 5 mins.(the time is now 2.10pm). Still waiting - NOTHING, it's now 3.20pm. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never ever use them again Show details
