Wisdom HomesWe started our knock down rebuild process with Wisdom from mid- 2021 and started the construction phase in Oct 2023. It was a long process with the combination of the number of variations, tree approval and removals, and the slow admin process Wisdom is known for.

Dream house with the Wow factor
Oran ParkFrom the very first day we walked into the Manhattan 44 display home we fell in love. The house had this Wow factor from the main entrance to the large spacious well lite rooms that no other builder had presented in regard to design value and price.
The whole journey from the start with the sales team through to final build with the site supervisor was seamless and enjoyable. A big shout out to the maintenance team and supervisor who went above and beyond regarding the minor warranty repair to the balcony & roof. I was impressed with the attitu

If lack of communication is what seek this is the builder for you!
Box HillI am writing to formally express our deep dissatisfaction with our experience with Wisdom Homes, and to bring to your attention a series of issues that have left us thoroughly disappointed with the services provided thus far.
First and foremost, we have experienced an appalling lack of communication and professionalism from our contract presenter, Karissa James, and her manager, Gavin Phibbs. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and discuss the multiple issues we've encountered with our floor plans, we have not received any timely responses
... Read more or updates from either of them. We are 6 weeks from contract signing and they still can’t get correct floor plans. This lack of responsiveness has been not only frustrating but also deeply disheartening. In stark contrast, Vince from Sales at Marsden Park has been the sole source of support and assistance throughout this process. He has gone above and beyond to help us, often taking on the responsibilities of Karissa and Gavin, who have been unresponsive and unhelpful. Vince's dedication and professionalism have been outstanding, and we believe he deserves recognition for his exceptional service, including a well-deserved pay rise and promotion. Furthermore, we were repeatedly promised that, as returning customers to Wisdom Homes, we would be given priority for our build. Regrettably, this has not been the case, and we have felt let down by these unfulfilled commitments. This ongoing lack of communication and the broken promises have made our experience with Wisdom Homes exceptionally frustrating and disappointing. As loyal customers, we expected a higher level of service and support. We sincerely hope that you will take our concerns seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues. We look forward to a prompt response to our concerns and a resolution to the problems we have encountered.

Wisdom Maintenance Warranty
Wisdom HomesI would just like to give a shout out to Mark Trevitt, Wisdom’s Maintenance supervisor for revising and completing defected work that is over a year and a half old. After moving in, we thought that one of our foundation defects would never be fixed, but through the diligence and care of the man, he sought to get the trades we needed and get them out to us as soon as he could.

Gregory HillsWisdom Homes has been fantastic in helping us through the preconstruction phase. Our DA was particularly challenging with bush-fire requirements that pushed us outside of the standard design, needed additional council approvals, and because of the bush fire requirements caused lengthy delays in DA approval.
Wisdom Homes, Summer, Felicity, Anastasia, and Rebbecca were all absolutely fantastic with their support and guidance during this process working with us to ensure we obtained the design we were after while making sure we met all compliance

All the team has been punctual, and professional and really know the build processes helping us navigate it We also really appreciated the selection process for materials, textures, and guidance that will no doubt give us the home we have dreamed about. Good range of colours and options and consultants who really understand how materials and colours work. The great thing also is the fact that anyone whom we have told we are building with Wisdom has commented that they are a good builder. Marsden ParkWe worked with our appointed CSR, Juliana Mouzakis who helped us through the pre-construction stage. We were fortunate to have her oversee our file as she was very responsive to all our queries and concerns and often got back to us within 24 hours or immediately. We were also able to resolve major issues via teams meeting and phone calls which was important to us to ensure clarity. We encountered numerous delays and challenges and waiting on other departments to deliver throughout this stage but with Juliana’s assistance and dogged determinatio

She helped us push other teams when we could not and that was necessary throughout the entire process. Once our file was released she helped to provide a final update and getting us released to construction. We look forward to a smooth construction process.

We are in the construction process. We commence last July 2022 and we are very much concern in regards to so much delays of our house build. We understand that holiday season just passby but is there anyone that we can talk to aside from the building supervisor to help us expidite the construction process. Even few neighbours inquiring us why wisdom taking so long. We are hoping to deny that Wisdom is doing the build just because we don’t want them to think we made the wrong decision but Wisdom home name written all over the property even in the structure of the house. Could you please help us find the right person to contact.

Hi,
As I have mentioned above, we handed over our land July 2022. They commenced construction of swimming pool July 14th, 2022. Our home build contract was supposed to be 46 weeks, but because we are building a swimming pool there’s an additional 4 weeks added. In total, this is 50 weeks. There was an EOT for 12 days due to poor weather conditions, but today we are on the last week of September 2023 already. We visited on site with the area supervisor last September 11th, 2023. With a look around, it’s evident that work is too slow and there is so much more to be done. However, since last Thursday 21/9 until today, for 1 week, nothing has been done. We did raise this issue with the site supervisor, but he is trying to pacify us by saying; scaffold has been taken down on the side of the house. It is extremely frustating. Our stress and the frustration is taking a toll on us due to increasing delay of work and uncertainty on the date of the practical completion of the build. Initially, the site supervisor said that PC would be first week of November. However, it has now been moved to the end of November, and who knows the possibility of a delay again. I tried to ring the area supervisor yesterday, unfortunately i wasn’t able to contact him. My family are endlessly hoping we can move in before December! Since we all have been waiting for this for a long time. Is there anyone that can truly help us?

what is your initial deposit required to start the process . We have a vacant land .we have been asked to pay a $2000 deposit and complete a KDR form. So not sure why . We saw your consultant recently amd she fave a vasic estimate but nwed more information aroud pricing prior puting a deposit
I purchased off the plan so had to pay an upfront deposit of 5%. I believe it is different when you have your own land as you need to pay in stages as the build progresses.
