The place was left a mess—dirty floors, filthy kitchen, uncleaned sliding doors, and more. I paid for a FULL bond clean, but what I got was a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

couple hours after to advise the completed the clean however the ensuite and walk in wasn’t on the quote apparently, and had to charge me more because the living dining was “open space”. They also did more than one window per room meant there was a surcharge. I said I needed to contest this because I told the guy initially about the ensuite, open living, and walk in… and the window rule was wild. They essentially said “If you don’t agree with the charges you can talk to someone later but if you don’t pay us the extra $400, we will consider the job done and leave.

I paid needing, the clean with the intention to contest it. When I returned the place was still a mess. The cleaner came back because he forgot something and I told him everything that needed to be done. Even taught him how to clean a shower drain cap because he had no clue to use lime dissolvant… He said he’d come back that night so I left him the key. He called me the next day to say it was done and then spent time asking to buy my vacuum cleaner which was in a room…. So unprofessional. The job still wasn’t done mind you and I needed up having to go and clean cupboards, fans, and remop because there were shoe marks on the tiles.

When I called and opened an official complaint, they said, too bad, you agreed to the extra charges so you have no leg to stand on.

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. TELL OTHERS.

individuals of Indian descent. This discrepancy alone sets the tone for the deceitful practices lurking within.

Attempting to reach them by phone is a futile endeavor. While they're quick to answer their sales line, their support line might as well be a black hole of communication. Countless attempts to rectify the abysmal job they did on my carpet resulted in being hung up on repeatedly. It's as if they take pleasure in avoiding accountability!

To add insult to injury, they flat out refused to reclean the carpet, despite it being left in a disgraceful state after their initial attempt. Not only did they have to send their cleaners out three times, but I was also forced to foot the bill for an additional carpet cleaner and another cleaner to fix their botched job.

And don't even get me started on their pricing tactics. Despite clearly stating in the quote that we reside in a townhouse, they had the audacity to tack on extra charges for cleaning the stairs. It's blatant highway robbery!

To top it all off, they conveniently lack a Google page, conveniently shielding themselves from the scathing reviews they rightfully deserve.

Consider this a dire warning: steer clear of this so-called "bond cleaning" company at all costs! Your sanity and wallet will thank you later.

We had our timber floors ruined by this company and they refused to provide a refund or reimbursement for the damage. There are so many people who have reported them to fair trading and I cant believe they are still in operation!!!

This place is a scam – These [Content Removed] will quote you then increase the price after the cleaners have already arrived. Don't pay and send them packing! The cleaners did a terrible job and now I'm struggling to get my bond back. Basic things like cobwebs and mirrors left filthy.

DO NOT USE FOR BOND CLEAN – No not recommend for a bond clean. I did not receive any of my bond back for the bond clean Wish Clean completed. I was also charged $200.00 extra from Wish Clean for ‘extra dirty’ kitchen shelf tops. Real estate described the bonding clean as ‘absolutely appalling’. Also operating as Best Bond Clean.

Joke of a bond clean – Forgot to do the bathroom, just didn’t charge for it and won’t help. It’s the night before I hand the keys back and now I’m spending my night cleaning.

unlocked and lights on. I went back Sunday to check and the cleaner showed up saw my car in the driveway and jetted!!! Emailed back and forth trying to get a decent refund for all the addtional time money and effort i spent getting the place sorted and have got nothing. Sent them through to consumer affairs and sounds like i'm not the only one thats had issues with them. These guys are an absolute scam.!!!

shifts to be there to let them in before they finally showed up. The cleaner that showed up did a general wipe down, didn't even do all the things on the bond clean checklist but managed to break several blinds and completely destroyed the stove top.

They didnt do the carpet clean, they just vacuumed and their idea of pest control is the spray you buy from woolworths quickly sprayed around your home When I complained they just said the cleaner would contact me, which he did and admitted to doing the damage and apologized but then had no idea how the company was going to fix the issue. I then tried to call the company and email them saying their cleaner even admitted to damaging the property, but they have ignored all attempts to contact them.

1 bathroom house, including carpet cleaning. One guy rocks up in his little hatch back, with a $15 Kmart Vacuum, does his "pre-inspection" and then I get a call from the company telling me I was going to have to pay an extra $100 for "additional corners" because it was an old house.

They know it's a vacate clean, so they know I've got no chance of getting another cleaner before I have to hand keys back, so I have to pay it. Which I do.

7 hours later, old mate calls me and says that he hasn't done the laundry or the lounge room, or the carpets in one of the bedrooms, but too bad, he's leaving anyway.

I went and had a look at the house the next day and what he did there for 7 hours escapes me. It was dirtier after he left than before he started. It looks like he deliberately splattered mud in the kitchen, taking special care to ensure that it was sprayed up the cupboard doors. The laundry hadn't been touched at all, and none of the carpets even looked vacuumed, let alone cleaned.

When I called the customer line, I was told to send through photos, which I did. Then I was told "don't worry dear, be patient". They would send someone back after the exit report comes back from the real estate.

So, the exit report comes back - big shock. EVERY SINGLE ROOM needed to be cleaned. I emailed it to the company, as I was told to, and got no response. I called them the following day and was told they'll have a look at the report and call me back. No response. I called again. Same story, only I said I'll hang on while they look at the report.

End result is, they're sending the SAME guy, who did sweet FA the first time, back with the exit report to check off the required cleaning - which is everything - and if he does NOTHING again, and the real estate charges me for their cleaner to go in and do it, that's my problem and they won't refund me.

The only emails they'll give are "bookings@" or "support@" and no direct contacts.

They have ZERO cares about actually doing the job.

Go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else. If these guys are the last resort, do it yourself or use AirTasker. The only way I can see how these jokers are still in business is because they have so many different trading names, they are confused with cleaners who ACTUALLY clean.

There are not enough words for how bad this company is.

2hrs later, they were gone. They poorly wiped the kitchen bench, poorly wiped the bathroom vanity, made the shower screen dirtier than it was, poorly vacuumed the floor. They did not clean the showers, didn't mop the floors, didn't clean the windows, didn't wipe any walls, didn't clean the wardrobe doors, didn't clean the fans, didn't clean the oven and a whole lot more. I've been chasing them for 2 weeks and they refuse to give me a refund. They said the cleaners would be back to clean, never heard from them. Had to hire other people to come clean. Have reported them to Fair Trading.

This is the worst company - DO NOT USE – - Unable to speak to someone to confirm my booking - called twice, texted and emailed - nothing - Cleaners unreliable, not punctual and sourced from "marketplace" as one of their consultants ending up telling me. - I was told 3 x i would be called back and not once did they call back. -
