late November 2021, and Wow Homes had completed all the paperwork and government formalities before 2021 Christmas break.

Despite the challenges faced by the building industry, including supply and labour shortages, increased prices, and longer construction periods, we encountered no setbacks, except for minor delays with roof timber. Of all the builds in the area, we were the first to reach plate height, roof cover, lockup and handover. The third-party inspector was also impressed with the quality of the build. Of all the blocks that were titled around the same time as ours, we were the only ones who received keys in 2022., with an overall build time of 9 - 10 months.

Wow Homes have been a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.

site supervisor very thorough and has a sharp eye, he made sure everything was perfect however each and every trade that worked on my home did absolutely amazing job (thank you tradies) finally Hang She just such a super star kept me up to date with everything that happened and when it was going to happen such a organised professional person to deal with. paid by us before any work was to be done. Had we of known this, then we would have definitely not signed with them. I was totally devastated as I had wasted hours of prep work prior to the meeting. I asked for a refund for signing a contract under deception, however was told, seeing as I signed the contract there is no way I could get the money back. I am in the process of seeking legal advice on this as we were not fully informed and signed under limited knowledge. I was told the money had been spent on plans etc. Seeing as I have paid for these with $1500,00, I feel that I am entitled to have what I have paid for. I was promised them on Monday - today is Thursday and still nothing. Upon speaking to the sales manager, he was unaware they had not been sent, however, he was the one that stated on Monday he would send them on Tuesday. Makes you think.

Really happy with our home, few bumps along the way but so happy with the final product – Workmanship was good. Once all the paper work was done. whatever reason "no longer working there" when we tried to reach them. This was quite upsetting at the time but was quickly filled with more then equipped staff to take over the job. We were always warmly greeted and offered coffee and snacks for our scheduled meetings.[name removed] was the kindest, problem solving and communicative person there. We are very grateful to be in our home now.

Sub-standard fittings – We have been in our wow home for 4 years now and we have had a few issues with bathroom fittings breaking, roof leaking for 3 winters (took them a while to find the leak), garage door motor makes a buzzing noise all the time (apparently installed wrong but no one can fix it. temper valve after 2 years and a new release valve after 3 years (plumber advised the newer hot water systems are not built like they used to be) lino that the salesman assured me was top of the line extra thick will not rip (ripped as we were moving the dishwasher in its spot) carpets not the colour we chose (they refuse to acknowledge that i asked for a light grey. Its more beige then grey) We cannot fault the maintenance man Darren he is amazing and always fixes things that he can within a few days of being advised there is an issue. I still wish they had used better standard items in the home but have been advised they no longer use the brands we have had issues with so hopefully others wont have the same issues.

Wonderful from start to finish – All I can say is WoW! They really are a fantastic company to build with. While other new home builders were having to increase costs during construction Wow stayed true to contract and delivered our brand new home, on original price. Thanks Wow! – Great service and communication received whilst building with Wow Homes. Unfortunately we were hit with the delays from Covid and the train line closures, however we got there in the end and now are in our new home. Communication was clear and easy, site supervisor Spencer was great dealing with at the property. Everyone in the Wow Team we dealt with were friendly and professional. completed quickly so I didn't end up homeless when the rental I was in, was getting sold. The girls in the office share the excitement with me and I have moved in this week, issue with a door and they sent someone out the next morning and getting it fixed without any problem. Wanted to give a special mention to Sevy who worked tirelessly, was patient, and one of the friendliest people I've ever met, and Hang who was anazingly helpful, kind and professional. Wow also have great experience and networks in the tradie world which ultimately made the build quicker and higher quality. Would definitely recommend!
