How do we get service on this product….motor seems to have failed Yard force battery

Hi Ian, unfortunately not. Mine was also a nightmare. In the end I went to bunnings and purchased a new head, one of the units that i could cut line and insert into the head. I think it was something like a rhino quick loader?

Anyone got problems with massive vibration. Brand new Model GT A42. Been assembled correctly

Yes, when I had mine it vibrated to the point it would disconnect the spark plug. No refund given ended up on hard rubbish.

How the @$%# do i get the bump feed assembly open.

I found the easiest way was to pick the trimmer up, open the bin, throw it inside and then buy something different. And thats exactly what I did with mine. My feed jammed as well and felt like it practically welded itself together, ended up prying it all apart and used a ton of inox/WD40.
