how about stop having sales if you can't fulfil existing orders?? End of January I recieved a generic refund notification, no explanation or any other communication regarding my order was ever recieved from Zamels. Ordered another watch from another company on the 1st Feb, very late replacement Xmas present after the Zamels failure, this other watch arrived 2 days later. Terrible service from Zamels, theres no excuse, they just dont care about customers. Never again.

 Follow-up  · I did try calling, went through to a store, they said the stores have nothing to do with online orders, and gave me an email address, that was the 2nd email I sent, no reply. No refund reason was ever given, and it was not a unique watch at all.

I emailed straight away with photos and asked for a refund as there would be enough time to get a new pair sent out before Xmas, my email was unread and no response, I then called and spoke to someone advise my email was unread after a week, she then said she can see my email and she will arrange me to drop it off and then refunds I dropped it off two days later this was now Xmas Eve , I new that the refund may take a little longer due to being closed for Xmas I emails on the 5th and again on the 9th no response at all I even called twice and left voice messsge no return call, what type of customer service do they have working there it’s appalling. I have now finally after 5 emails and 4 phone calls spoken to someone today not in that department and they even made comment on how bad they are. They have processed my refund finally and I will never buy from them again. Warning for other customers go elsewhere

purchased, but they also got my money. Wish I had read their reviews before purchasing as I am clearly not the first customer they have ghosted. I would be really embarrassed to admit I worked for a company that treated customers like this. My time is more valuable than to waste it any more on their so called customer support. Do not buy from them because of something goes wrong you will be out of pocket.

audacity to supply tracking details last Friday but didn't bother to ship the item until today, Tuesday, so it would miss the delivery window but so they'd be compliant in their 2-10 day "dispatch" window. They are vile.

full refund, I was sent an Australia Post receipt on the 11th of July saying they were in receipt of the rings I had already cancelled 3 times via email.

I recieved contact last Friday, saying they would refund me when I returned the items unopened etc. With NO MENTION of them paying for returning.

I am lowering the bar every time I purchase from a store nowadays....but THIS is so amazingly poor on EVERY.SINGLE.LEVEL of customer service that I would highly discourage ANYONE from making a purchase from Zamels, whether online or in store. I cant give less than 1 star.... otherwise id give them ZERO.

DONT SPEND A CENT HERE – I received the worst service from Zamels. I placed a special order on 30th Nov which would take 3-5 weeks. I emailed them on week 6 asking for an ETA, no response. I speak to the rudest woman who told me special orders take 6-8 weeks (even though I have in an email 3-5 weeks.) She then got extremely defensive with me, talked over me and put the blame on the supplier. She also advised “it’ll come by Christmas” when the cut off times for Aus post is actually the 18th which is today. She offered a refund that SHOULD take 3 business days, I then see an email about the processing time which is up to 10 days. So now I have to find $300 from somewhere to buy another gift before Christmas. Absolutely disgraceful and no remorse whatsoever.

they said the item is with Australia Post and there is nothing they can do. However when we called Australia Post, they told us that the item is processing Still and are unsure of when and if Zamels has posted it officially. Another thing that Zamels told us when we first called them is that because we ordered two sale items they don’t take priority over their more expensive jewelry when it comes to shipping and processing which I thought was disgusting to say.

This jewellery was supposed to be a gift for a bday. I’ve had to go out and buy other jewellery instead. Zamel’s unprofessionalism has been disappointing.

Poor customer service and damaged box – My mother ordered me a watch from them. The watch came in a damaged box (the glue on the logo fell off) and the band appears to be unadjustable. Don’t bother trying to reach out, they didn’t answer the phone and emailing them takes too long. We have to take it to a jeweler since they’ve been pretty unhelpful. Zero stars if possible for online service – Ordered on a Saturday and on the Thursday the item still had not been dispatched. Contacted them and no help at all. They said it states 4-8 days for dispatch and when people pay extra for express this only covers Auspost express and not their dispatch. Why does it take 4-8 days to dispatch. Cancelled order as would never arrive on time. Definitely not a good service and customer enquiry staff no help either. Will not use again

‘inspection’ was competed in Adelaide, although the bangle had been sent from ACT. I tried it on for a matter of minutes before deciding it was too large, returning it to the packaging & posting as soon as APO opened at 8.30am the following morning. There is no recourse to dispute their lies, so clearly they have developed this as their modus operandi. I will register this complaint with the consumer protection group to ensure data is collected on this awful business & hopefully action taken eventually - judging by the volume of dreadful reviews, I am just one of many. I sure wish I’d read the reviews before dealing with them. Expensive mistake. Please don’t purchase from this business!!

going to the city, Zamel’s does not allow return to a physical store. Two issues come from that. Firstly, had I seen them in store I would never have bought them because of the damage and secondly, I had to pay return postage. Now paying for an item to be posted back is within consumer legislation, however, banning return to a physical store??? And given that it is Zamel’s policy the ethics of forcing the customer to pay the onstage is of dubious ethics.

Zamel's also are attempting to defraud customers with the claim they have a legal right to cancel orders due to incorrect prices from a 'system glitch' - this is a lie and they are well aware of that - hence a clear attempt to use lying and manipulation to defraud customers - I have lodged a complaint with Access Canberra and the ACCC.

2. Remove the marketing advertisement from your website that is STILL saying that if you spend over xx amount you will receive these earrings .. obviously you know you have none in stock, so stop tricking people into spending more on the belief that that will get the promotional piece. It comes across as deceitful.

wouldn't be receiving it they said they had made a mistake in pricing and that I wouldn't be receiving a refund untill they had got the order back from austrAlia post I was gobsmacked .there was no customer care or even an email from zamels to let me know what was going on, plenty of time went by (5 days) they could have let me know , but no, I was waiting for my jewelry to arrive and it didn't I felt robbed ignored and insignificant at there lack of caring to inform me that they had asked for it back without any explanation to me of what was happening, they still haven't returned the payment
