Absolutely terrible treatment of cleaners. Their support is appalling. a bug in the app. While I was trying to resolve the issue with support, [Name Removed] sent me a letter threatening legal action and saying a summons would be issued….literally the same day the support team is trying to help me! [Name Removed] also responded with a very rude attitude throughout the process. It really felt like there was no care or understanding for cleaners at all.
I repeatedly asked for a bank account number so I could pay the fees while the portal was not working, but no alternative payment option was provided.
The whole situation has been extremely frustrating, unfair and completely unprofessional.
Samuel has been doing a weekly clean for us for the past few weeks and has been great! Always punctual, reliable, and leaves the place spotless. We’re really happy with the consistent quality of his work and would highly recommend him. Show reply
Stephanie and her husband are amazing, very organised, consultative, honest, hard working and a wonderful clean. We now book them on a fortnightly basis to clean the kitchen, floors, vacuum and mop, two bathrooms. Love their work! Highly recommended. Show reply

the quality of the recent clean did not meet the standard we were used to. The bed sheets were not properly fitted, and there was visible dust and debris remaining on the floors and around furniture, despite being advised that vacuuming and mopping had been completed. Photos were taken to document this.
I also noticed that the cleaner appeared unfamiliar with using common household cleaning tools, such as a Dyson V8 vacuum and mopping with a microfiber cloth. These are fairly standard cleaning tools, so this was a concern. During the visit, the cleaner mentioned that she is a student and only works a few hours a week, which gave me the impression that a less experienced cleaner may have been assigned to this booking.
Based on this experience, this cleaner may not be the right fit for our needs. I'm exploring other companies/recommendations.

have been done well. The beds were made which I liked as a lot of cleaners don't do that. However communication with the cleaner was not the best. After the 2nd clean, I found 2 old towels saturated and filthy in the laundry sink. I thought oh maybe she thought they were rags and used them to clean with. On about the 3rd time she came, it just happened that I was not at work. I did go out just before she started though so as not to be in her way and then returned about an hour and 45 minutes later to find her gone. When I went inside the house, the kitchen floor had clearly not been touched. I took a photo and sent it to both the cleaner and the area coordinator. I also questioned the time spent as I'm sure she would have charged me the $130 if I didnt. In addition to this I found good towels in the laundry sink, not old ones that could be mistaken for rags, saturated and filthy. In response to my query about the kitchen floor she said "You don't even have a proper mop!" I asked her what kind of mop I should have and suggested I could try and get one before the next clean. Clearly not wanting to discuss anything she just replied with "Just pay me $100." The area coordinator did not respond to my complaint. I would not use this company again.

Never use this company. We paid for the premium service (4 hours) to clean our new home, 4 days prior to moving in. We checked what needed to be cleaned of the vacant home at the presettlement inspection the day prior to the clean. We’re not actually sure what the cleaner did other than dust the inside of the cupboards. I sent videos of the condition of the home and the 20 seconds it took to scrub the cupboard interior with a cleaning wipe. The kitchen is relatively new and It’s not hard work but I have a toddler and baby and no help so this was the one thing we needed done.
Absolute domestics said that as we did not send through a video within 48 hours they will not guarantee the work, they also confirmed they do not themselves guarantee the work, they ask the cleaner to, and they can of course refuse. I sent a polite email about these issues and after no resolution went to use the feedback/review link, only to find it had been disabled. . .
Do yourself a favour and hire any other company or cleaner.

and made me pay up front for a general house clean but the cleaner didn’t actually do the clean. They refused to refund and won’t honour their guarantee on their site. The photos and videos attached are only a handful of what I have. Please contact me for more information.
Follow-up · They advertise that they have a guarantee but don’t honour it. It is very hard to reschedule as their cleaners are mostly backpackers who are house sitting. They use their host’s cleaning products and equipment without permission to clean houses for money.

I was very happy with Katrina who cleaned over and above what was needed. She cleaned my house twice and then I was told she won't be cleaning for me anymore. Another cleaner contacted me and said he was too busy to clean and that he would contact me in the New Year. Not happy about this. Show 3 replies

I had a booking for Saturday 9/8/25 @ 12 noon for a 3hr Spring Clean. The cleaners didn't show up, didn't call, nothing. I tried to call the 1300 number but it didn't even ring. I ended up sending an email and cancelling it all together. I'll find someone local and more reliable.

My brother booked this company online and was messed around with them not turning up at all when scheduled. When he complained and rescheduled again with confirmation, again, they failed to turn up again. Excuses were plenty including saying the dates were wrong even when the conversations both times had been witnessed. A disgraceful way to operate, no apologies offered. No one should trust or use this company.
