Daniel Joyce was very prompt in returning my initial online enquiry to replace my old shower screen. We arranged for measure and quote the following day and quote was provided, accepted and screen ordered that day! I asked for a couple of options and Daniel was very obliging and kept me well informed of the details. I am impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I am now looking forward to the installation of my shiny new shower door!

Daniel Joyce returned our call to Civic very promptly in regard to our broken shower screen, and arranged an inspection of the damage and a replacement quote the same day. Terrible Customer Service !!!!! The worst of the worst !!! I reported a shower screen leak to CIVIC and scheduled an appointment with them last week. They instructed me to call yesterday to confirm the ETA. Fine — I followed exactly what they asked. at 7:00 AM. I called at 7:00 AM today — again, they said they still didn’t know. I called again at 8:30 AM, and the office lady (07 3441 7766) finally told me they would be coming this afternoon. Now it is 3:29 PM. I have waited the entire day with zero updates, no phone call, and no one answering the hotline — because their office conveniently closed at 3:00 PM. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The lack of responsibility, lack of communication, and lack of respect for my time is beyond frustrating.

If you have other choice, don't go for Civic!!!

I Would Look Elsewhere – We have just undergone a bathroom renovation, when it came time to have the final clean done it was discovered that the shower screen hadn't been installed properly and the supporting bracket had been forgotten, also the new cupboard door was scratched and damaged from installation. freshly painted ceiling and banged it onto our newly installed and stained front timber door in 2 places leaving large dings and didn't say a word.

A new appointment was made for them to come back and rectify the issues, meaning I needed to take time off work to come home and let them in. Upon arrival the installer didn't have the correct colour bracket and said a 3rd appointment would need to made to come back and install the new door and shower screen support.

I rang today to arrange this 3rd appointment and was told they are unable to give a estimated time that they would attend next Friday and if I wanted to know I would need to call them back on the morning on installation to get some indication of time meaning I can't plan my working day as I may need to be home at anytime to let them in.

For a company that has damaged our property and stuffed us around your customer service is terrible. My advise is look elsewhere first.

We wanted to have walk-in showers in each room, so we have gone with single glass panels. Steve Dillon was very efficient and helpful in terms of coming in to quote for these panels, which needed to be custom-made for the areas involved. We were pleased with the competitive price Steve came up with. Plus we are thankful we did not go ahead with the standard size glass panels that are available from various hardware suppliers and bathroom shops. We have now just had both panels installed by the two Steves from “Mirror Truck”. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful. They were also particularly careful when manoeuvring the large glass panels up our staircase. My wife and I are delighted with the finished product in our bathrooms. Whilst at our home, one of the Steves made some adjustments to the existing Civic shower screen in our downstairs bathroom, which is most appreciated. The Steves gave us some suggestions in terms of glass shelves and mirrors for another part of our house, and we will be looking to get a quote for that job shortly from Civic. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with our experience with Civic Shower Screens, and have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Could not fault Ryan and Daniel, the installers: courteous, very professional, full consultation on each step and clear explanation of the need to allow each sheet of glass to settle for a day or two before adding the next. James and Robyn were both excellent too. They together with Ryan provided the co-ordination information I needed. Everything has met my high expectations comfortably. One needs patience: I know now that it was not possible to install the type of screen I wanted in a day as I initially expected; you get the best result if the process is not rushed. Hence the five visits at the installation stage. Full marks Civic Screens.

Easy to deal with, great product – I had Civic install some new robe doors they look amazing and have really brightened up the bedrooms. Barry did an amazing job installing them and when one set was cut short Kristy in the office was so helpful and able to get them remade and Barry had them all installed within a couple of days. Highly recommend Civic.

call with I will call my installer and call you back, well I’m still waiting that was 2 days ago!! Clearly that’s his way to say not interested.

So long story short don’t call these guys to repair a shower screen unless it is made by them as they’re not interested!!

Very ordinary – Just had 2 showerscreens installed by civic and what an ordinary job . After ordering the 2 screens we were told they would take 2 weeks.6 weeks later they were installed and 1 of the doors was taken back as it was badly scratched, after they left we found another panel was also scratched, which we advised the office about. install the new 1 we again pointed out the scratch on the another panel and was told by the installer that it could be buffed out and he would let the office know. No body contacts us so we follow it up with the office and we’re told the installer just said it was complete. The mitres on the angles are very ordinary which the installer agreed and also took photos and was sending them back to the office. Have been in the building industry for 50 years and would not recommend this company to anyone. Would have not even given them 1 star but you can’t.Very disappointed

Our wardrobes exceeded expectations! – Steve was super easy to work with, proving practical advice on how to maximise our storage. Dimitri put that dream into reality. Frameless shower screen – A framless shower screen was installed in my recently rennovated bathroom by Civic. The screen was difficult to install as the angle in the shower floor was higher than usual and quite exposed. Steve and Steve did an amazing job and managed to cover the large gap. They are very proffessional and have a fair bit of experience in their field. I am very happy with what their work.

Shower screens – These guys, Beau & Nathan turned up on time and did an awesome job. The shower screens were installed as per the design and with a high level of finish. Definately use them again.
