I have learned my lesson the hard way with this company – has liquidated all my open positions without reason. I have filed a complaint with them. They confirmed that the liquidation was handled incorrectly and offered me compensation of only 1.6% of my losses. Stay away from this Platform ! I was lucky enough to get my money back with the help of GAARD.IO I got my refund with their help

Bring back ANZ E*TRADE – ANZ E*Trade was really easy to use. I never had any difficulty in the 11 or 12 years that I had an account Whereas I find ANZ's replacement platform incomprehensible and unusable.

Brokers may also liaise with a business banker who can complete this on their behalf when bringing new business to ANZ. I am unable to disclose the specific details of the valuation and the broker involved due to privacy.

As we go on, we see the ANZ bank allows any broker to do such things as create valuations and then refuses to say who the broker was.

The interesting thing the bank did not ask for anymore material from me, also they denied there was ever any loan approvals, fact is I saw them.

me the market was moving in the right direction - at least for my stock. That aside, I think the new user interface is great. There is a lot more detail for things like market depth - something that was lacking previously. I also like the access to the Morningstar Quantitive Ratings under the Tools section. Advanced charting is also a plus for me.

Useless – I have been with ANZ share investing since they were using E-Trade platform but when they switched to CMC things got really bad, no customer service, no product knowledge, platform technical issues, access problems and now they are refusing to process my withdrawal, I am raising the issue with AFCA.

A MINUS RATING – I have been with this company prior to ANZ took the reins. Then they were known as E-TRADE. Very happy with E_TRADE. But now this mob has cost me big time. A great trading platform will give you the best way to protect your capital with a variation of STOP/LOSSES ANZ/CMC stop losses are pathetic & as from today I'm going to shift over $1.5 million to another platform. Don't go anywhere near this mob. My rating is a minus

problem. We have sent countless documents during probate and now being requested to find and send it all over again. For some reason I seem to have to get verified again after been verified prior. Some of the accounts I have been locked out off and can not trade shares. This has had a great impact on our earning capabilities to zero. I am at the stage of investigating on moving all the shares to a company that wants our business.

I am not saying the staff you talk to are bad. Never had a call from their probate department. Voiceless people hiding behind a keyboard.

Very disappointed in the whole company as it constantly brings myself and my sister back to the loss of our mother.

wanted to make a trade you had to call up and do it by phone. We are in 2021 and there's still no mobile app.

I wish I could give them 0 – They don’t actually want you to have an account with them. You send them everything you talk to them and they still don’t open an account. Go to anywhere else other than these guys!

this Is the worse trading platform in Australia – THE ABSOLUTE WORSE, SO BAD ITS FUNNY, I do my banking with them so I have holdings on the platform but damn it sux lol, very slow, and every time I try and get in contact with someone I can't get through

Just when it couldn't get worse - it has ! – They've just changed the platform layout and the text for the prices is so small I have to zoom it 150% by which time the whole page is unusable. Of course it's always my fault or my computer is faulty because that is their default position every time I offer feedback. Grossly stupid.

onwards... I placed late morning trigger purchases, but when the SP didn't drift down to action, and I attempted to adjust upwards my "buy" prices, our wonderful ANZ Share Trading platform FROZE UP WHEN TRYING TO ADJUST/AMMEND!!!!! Can you believe that????? Best buying day in ages, and these Clowns had a system glitch & couldn't adjust live orders!!! I rang this mob, and after 20 minutes on hold, was told that "they were experiencing problems with modifying placed orders"...

Costly problem, from my end.

I'd suggest you avoid ANZ Share Investing like the Plague at all costs....

Rubbish – Rubbish platform. Submitted a market order which has been processing for over 3 hours due to technical difficulties. No way to amend or cancel it. Losing money waiting for them to fix it. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Worst ever – Zero if available. Every time you try and extract funds they block your account for supposed fraud! 45mins before support answered. Worst company for support and platform is clunky. Not sure what has happens last few years but these guys have gone down the toilet.

Too glitchy. No support – Appalling wait times for any customer service and the platform operates like a beta app. It is constantly stalling or dropping out completely. The news announcements come out so slowly that you're better off going to 20min delay stock forums to get them.. Steer clear of ANZ. They used to be good but now rubbish.

time playing a recorded message that says: "We apologise for the continuing delay, we appreciate that your time is important and will ensure your call is answered as soon as possible." Laughable. ANZ SHARE INVESTING should be ashamed to play this message and then make their clients, who incidentally help to pay their staff's wages, wait such disgraceful lengths of time on the phone. Clearly their clients' time is not important to them. And it seems they couldn't care less.

Not recommended – Sold some shares which was around 12k worth to buy some other shares. But the fund wasn't there until the next day. But the share price (which I wanted to buy) went up by 50%. I missed to make profit around 6k. I tried to contact and complained about this mater. But didn't work. Definitely not recommended.. Especially beginners....

Can't give zero stars – Try calling them. The menu options are ridiculous, -- but if you need to speak to someone in Chinese you'll be put straight through. That is what they really care about, those foreign $$$$$, not even Australian customers can connect with an operator that easy. Absolutely pathetic.

two real people who were simply unhelpful and only tried to handball the matter elsewhere. I proactively provided certified copies of will and death certificate two weeks ago thinking that would facilitate a speedy provision of information, That was an incorrect assumption on my part .

There is apparently a "dedicated" estates team, which runs a recorded message saying they are really busy all the time, even first thing in the morning as soon as the office opens.

ANZ share trading (also known as CMC Markets) shows a complete lack of respect to its customers and gives no care or consideration to the bereaved.

poor service – The ANZ system fails more often than Commsec or Selfwealth, if they fail to respond again, i will be moving all of my investing to commsec. they clearly don't appreciate my custom.

Poor service – I have just rung ANZ Investing with an inquiry about an existing investment account. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes and then gave up. When I opened the account four years ago they were helpful and prompt. Something has gone sadly wrong.

Slow transactions costing trade opportunities – Agree with other posters - Etrade was great when ANZ directly managed and now it is through CMC. The broker reports reviews are nothing like we use to get and of zero value and while I type I am waiting for a transaction to settle so I can re-invest the cash in another share before the market closes - usually takes 15 minutes plus - very disappointing. Will probably miss this opportunity.

got nowhere.

The customer support is non existent, even when we were guided through the process step by step over the phone, we received an email the next day stating we needed to submit the same information we submitted the day prior. We cant get through the first stage and there is no help.

We are done,l with ANZ altogether, apply at your own peril.
