communications were swift. Peter was simply fantastic. easy to talk to and knowledgeable in all aspects and assisting us in land acquirement, home design, budget and adjustments. Emma, was brilliant and extremely up with detail and her advice was on point. Sam was just the communication guru for us. She was more up with it all than we were and we felt that Sam was holding our hand through the building journey and nothing was too hard or outside of her field of expertise. Simon was just a master of his craft and we found him again to be very precise and had a keen eye for detail and workmanship. Again he gave us great advice and was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with.

Since signing the contract, it has been a really smooth process and I am really happy with the quality of the build. There were some delays with the roof frame but wasn’t a big deal. nature) were all resolved throughout the build process. Overall, really satisfied with the service and build. We wouldn’t have secured the land without Mariusz's help and support. A really great help. Sam's communication and updates were great, rarely felt like I had to follow up on things and when I did, was always a quick turnaround. Emma, was quick and efficient making selections really straight forward. Scott, was really helpful and transparent when I had a walk through which was appreciated, he made sure everything the building inspector picked up was addressed even if minor.

She was always approachable, responsive and reassuring whenever we needed clarification. And a big thank you to Tim, our Site Supervisor, who delivered a home we are truly proud of. His workmanship, standards and pride in the finished product really show in the final result. Building a home can be daunting, but thanks to Arthur and the entire team, it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Ideal homes to anyone looking to build their dream home! Scott, was awesome to deal with, I enjoyed working with him to design the ideal home. He also helped me secure an amazing block, which I'm extremely grateful for. Emma was really nice to work with during prestart. Nothing was too much bother and it was a very smooth process. Sam's communication was fantastic, she was always friendly and kept me up to date with everything. I enjoyed my weekly updates on the build and she was always responsive to any queries I had. my wife were thinking of having larger 2 bedroom house instead of 3 decent size bedrooms, Arthur was quick to give his insights on it, especially as he knew we would stay in this house for sometime only.

Arthur is great as a person too to work with and I guess that makes it easy to discuss literally anything/everything. He explained all the ins/out and also made sure there's some buffer loan amount for unexpected expenses down the line e.g. siteworks.

Bottom line - Amazing experience. I went with word of mouth and seeing many Kiwis (now including myself) going with ideal homes and took the call. Nothing to regret.

Now building a second one with Arthur/Ideal Homes !!!
