Pierre is my main point of contact at Mortgage House he actually looked at our situation properly and managed to get us an unconditional loan offer.

We finally found a property and in the process to settlement we found ourselves under a high pressure timeline. At that point in time, I did not understand the rigid compliance lending guidelines, so I put a lot of pressure on Pierre to meet our timeline obligations. He acted very quickly for us, he protected our application from a settlement delay and locked in the optimal interest rate tier.

I appreciate the expertise and diligence it took to navigate those rigid compliance parameters behind the scenes.

If your situation is even slightly 'outside the box,' don't waste time trying to reason with the “Traditional Lenders” just call these guys.

My rating is based on Mittal's communication and follow-up which was excellent. However my experience with Mortgage House overall was not as good We were surprised with extra costs at settlement. Another difficulty was the enormous difference of stamp duty after the loan went unconditional. Further, on the day of our first payment, we received a letter stating our repayments have significantly increased.

by me and supported me all the way, even with the settlement requirements last minute from solicitors with very little time, was able to to answer and help us resolve, thankfully, I hadn’t experienced this before on a settlement but it would have been very difficult without Pierre. They are not the cheapest, which in itself is not a major issue, but they are an immovable rock completely unable to think outside their very tiny little box. Glad we never moved personal banking to them. Avoid them, there are more flexible and cheaper lenders out there! Show details

they say it’s up for management review. If there is a chance you going to move into your investment property I’d suggest you avoid Mortgage House! They are not a bank but seem to be able to determine your interest rate at their discretion. We are not having much luck at the moment.

I received professional assistance from Krystyna Mustac as our mortgage manager. She has always communicated professionally and provided updates when requested.
