I have banked with Queensland Country Bank (previously Queensland Country Credit Union) for many years. I believe the service is more personal and efficient, than many of the other major banks. The staff seem to genuinely care about the clients. They are approachable, helpful, and actually welcome you into the branches. I feel many other banks would prefer you not to bank in person, and do everything on line.
