Dodgy cleaners – Dodgy is one word among many to describe this business. Had a tenant claim who used these guys to clean carpets at the end of their lease. When, I went to check the work, the carpets didn't look or smell clean. Got another steam cleaner in to do the job and they confirmed 100% that the carpet had NOT been steam cleaned at all. I checked the waste water from the machine the cleaner I hired used and it was basically black confirming to me that no work at been done at all by MAC. When I advised the tenant that the carpet hadn't been cleaned and that they needed to reimburse me they produced a receipt from MAC saying that it had. Dodgy tenants and their dodgy cleaning mates.
