Chirag and Sachi did an excellent job with the domestic cleaning. They were punctual, professional, and very thorough. The house looks spotless and fresh. Highly recommend their service.

Cindy has been doing regular cleans here every fortnight and is so reliable, prompt, thorough and easy to deal with. She’s also a lovely person and friendly with the dogs and I’m so grateful for her visits.

cleaning solutions were used as there was no clean smell at all. It appears that water on its own was used. The whole service lasted about 20 mins which is not sufficient for a deep clean on those areas. I did email the company who have not responded to my request for more information about which products were used. I understand that they cannot guarantee full stain removal but the service cost me $149 and for that price I would expect some improvement. I have used cleaners before and had stains removed from light coloured carpets so I do know what to expect.

I have had my window cleaner taken for the shower. If something is taken now I have no trust in them coming into my home. Previously cleaners had a police check done on them. Jarvis and co. do not provide such a check despite my request. Having raised the matter with the office I have not received any remedy or solution to date, but they are keen to charge me for more cleaning service despite my emails and concerns...

[Name Removed] from Cleanmade called me to let know that they had mistakenly doublebooked and will be there at 12 pm. On follow up today at 3 pm they was no response only to be told job got delayed with no apologies. No advance information about delay or picking up calls. Regret having called to use them again.

here for 42 years) quote included walls, blinds, skirting boards, windows inside and out, dusting, photo frames etc. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living area home its no small so initial conversation was it may take 2 days no a problem. After 5 hours the 2 men tell me they are done and want to be paid. This was unexpected as we expect them to be here until late or come back the next day. I refused so husband could come take a look as i wasn't happy. Husband came home and felt the same and contacted them, they returned and he showed them all the placed and things they had not done and stayed another 2 1/2 hours. The wife who booked this job also showed up and can't even explain how rude she was and after 2 1/2 hours demanded to be paid even though they had not done what was quoted. Blinds not cleaned, walls not cleaned, skirting boards no cleaned, my floors feel dirty still since they never changed the mopping water, mop was filthy when they started. My house stinks from whatever they used with their dirty mop. Photos are after they left the second time. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

the morning of the clean from 10am to 2pm and ended up arriving at 16:16pm. He tried to call me 5 times at 21:55pm once the “vacate clean” had been completed chasing immediate payment, i transferred him $770 first thing the next morning when i woke up and what a regret that was.

After arriving to check the condition of the house, it became apparent that we had just dealt with a 0 standard cleaning service.

The bathroom bench tops were still dirty, the kitchen range hood still had food splatters on it, none of the cupboard faces in the kitchen or bathrooms were wiped down, the tracks in our bedroom wardrobes were still dirty and dusty, only 1 of 2 bathrooms were mopped, none of the showers were cleaned, the frameless glass shower screen had been cleaned with a product that made it look cloudy, both bathroom sinks still had grime around the taps and plugs, the floors still had dirt on them and the laundry had not been cleaned.

After multiple messages, phone calls, requests for the cleaning issues to be rectified with a follow up clean and then a request for a refund, i’m still yet to receive any response from [Name Removed]. My partner called [Name Removed] from his phone and was hung up on and then later blocked after [Name Removed] told him i requested a “spot clean” not a “vacate clean” (I have both an email and texts stating i requested a vacate clean).

I had to travel 40 minutes to my investment property and re-clean the house myself to have it presentable for my home open tomorrow.

Do not waste your time, effort or money with this unprofessional and careless company! If i could give them 0 stars, i absolutely would!

Honestly, it helped more than I expected. The house looked neat and sorted once everything was done. It felt ready for inspection without me worrying too much. The agent didn’t raise any issues and everything was approved. I got my bond back, which was a big relief at the end of it all.

clean was going to lead to a regular monthly clean. I was meant to have a clean lasting up to 4 hours so I left them in peace and after 2 hours they were gone! Walked into a house that didn't smell clean (should still be obvious with low/no fragrance products), furniture and skirtings that weren't wiped down and bathrooms that were clearly still dirty with soap scum and mould. When staff was called back the first thing that was said was "so what is still dirty, show us?" in an aggressive manner which made me feel very uncomfortable. I have since gotten some mould remover and showers have come up well with the initial application. I was told a special process for the mould should have been done on that initial visit but unfortunately it wasn't. So, after that visit I wasn't keen for Myhome to attend again and was waiting for a mention of a partial refund. I was absolutely fuming at the terrible service I received and really preferred to forget the whole experience. I was then told of a rectification appointment for 11:00ish so I waited. I'm not going to wait all day so at 12:15 I said I was leaving (it was a sunny day and I wanted to make the most of it before school pickup) and its getting late and to cancel staff from arriving. I expected a message if staff were running late, new eta and confirmation from me if that suits - which would have been the decent thing to have done.

All people like me want is a hand at doing a basic (but important) task around the home to give us time for other things. I should not have to tell people how to do their job and in this case all jobs should basically have the same end result. There should not be different variations of what is considered a clean.

All I expect is good communication, to arrive on time and a good service. None of which I feel I received. Maybe you should have ensured I received a good service before you took my money initially?
