Worst ever Customer Care – I ordered among other clothes two pair of shorts, I was quite ill for about three months (pulmonary aneurysm) and didn't try the goods on until after then to find they were way to large and my wife had removed the tags. I explained to the "Customer Care" at Lowes who immediately said they cannot take them back as their policy says anything that was a change of mind is no longer returnable (because of COVID19). I explained this was not a change of mind but incorrect size (some companies will seize on anything to avoid returned goods Lowes has used COVID19, and should be shamed for it. Anyway I have explained to them Australian Consumer Affairs tells me that are obligated to accept the returns even without tags or receipts (although I have the email payment and receipt), I have returned them, and they just say they are going to send them back to me. What a company? Do business with this lot at your own risk.
