ring burner and isn't hot enough for a wok. The tall right oven burns everything at the rear and undercooks at the front. The sliding shelves are tricky, but where you really really need one - in the grill - you can't fit one. Nothing was put together well, fans rub on other parts and make horrible noises. Nuts and bolts loose everywhere. The black side to finish is great! Easy to clean. Don't buy.

Don't buy Artusi cooktop – Artusi 900mm cooktop is terrible, it couldn't cook food ,heat goes down and can't keep up , scratch while touching .can't even boil a water. Cooking time is very long so will leave and call uber. Bad and late customer service Avoid Artusi

would burn. We slid pieces of cement board between the cupboard and stove, and that seems to work well as an insulator. Also, the instructions for the clock/ timer are very hard to decipher....so the alarm goes off and the oven shuts down. I have to press buttons I have no idea what they are for, till the alarm stops and the oven comes on again. I have tried asking Artusi for simplified instructions, but to no avail. two different service agents look at it after a part sent by Artusi. Still did not fix the problem. Under their apparent discretion, Artusi will not replace the appliance. The after sale service (after three months of frustration) was appalling.

in. Upon inspection, it appears that the coating around live wires running to the light switch on the front had melted. This was due to the cable going to said switch resting on top of the rangehood's light bulb. Note that there are no clips built into the rangehood's housing to secure this cable away from the light bulb, or anything else inside for that matter. Nor is there anything to separate the lamp from the rest of the rangehood.
This is a serious hazard. The fact that this rangehood was approved by Australia's electrical safety regulator is a real worry.
I have reported this to the ACCC as an unsafe product.
It should be noted that this Artusi ASO900RX was a replacement unit for an Artusi ASO901RX, which was originally purchased but never installed, as it came with exposed wires due to a split in the power lead.
Artusi - undermount rangehood - AUM51X - Dont buy one! – I bought this Artusi AUM51X rangehood for my studio to ensure that smells did not linger - well it's completely useless, it has almost zero suction power. Avoid purchasing one at all costs!

phone who was very dismissive. Took my details and said they will contact me if they find my details related to the product. Not good enough Eurolinx. Taken 2 months so far. Have No light in my microwave and it's still under warranty. If I have to pay for it it's $154 just to get a new bloody globe. Never had one fail in all the years I've owned one .
Terrible. Don't waste your money – Absolutely awful. Would give zero stars if could. Ongoing issues (which cost significant $'s). At 2 year mark more repairs were needed - ended up replacing the machine. Went to Westinghouse! Would never buy Artusi again.

over hot pots. I also did not need a separate grill. This product looks good with its glass facia and ceramic top, but is very cheaply built. The drawer under the oven is very flimsy and I will not store any thing in it. I think repeated opening and closing will break it and it cant take any weight. The seals on the oven look flimsy. So far it has worked well however. I was attracted to buying this due to the extended 5 year warranty which is 3 years better than other brands.
Avoid Artusi – Loud enough to wake the dead on setting 1. Makes so much noise that it should be doing something but achieves nothing. Avoid the brand for the price…first thing I am getting rid of from our new house.

out again for school holidays in September and while cooking started to smell an odd chemical burning smell. Turned the BBQ off, and looked under it to find the PVC connection hose to the gas tank had caught fire from where it goes through on the BBQ causing catastrophic damage to the unit. We were lucky we stopped it when we did as it could have resulted in the tank exploding.
If that wasn't bad enough, I put in a warranty claim straight away and it took several weeks before we got someone out to look at it. Since then, I'm still waiting to hear back on what the next steps are. It's been 2 months of nothing from the manufacturer even though the 3rd party servicing company has been following up with them weekly on the claim. Will never buy an Artusi product again.
