is pathetic. It is almost as if they find it amusing. The rollers have ripped the back cover and the PU material is breaking down. The rollers are held together with a spring washer no way of re-assembling it when it falls apart as it has. Expect $1000 repair bill minimum. They will not even have the spare part sent to a location near me stating I would have to go and pick it up two hours away.

After trying few different brands I decided to buy this as it has the strength I need for my back and waist. Tramie was very nice and patient in showing me how the chair works.

Really relaxing & comfortable. Best decision I have made last boxing day.

There are so many pre set options to choose from, we have only had the machine for less than 24 hours so we haven't used them all yet, but certainly will. Best investment, love it!!
