Return for refund – My cups cracked instead of getting a chip on them

Disappointed – It's heavy, and I find the crushers work well, with limited capacity. A bit tricky to clean. First one broke, the slicer mechanisms snapped. I… Read more

returned it and got a replacement. Now the plastic compartment in the slicer section keeps coming loose. An expensive and not great product. Surprised that Jamie Oliver is happy to put his name to it.

Jamie's fish fingers – Love these ,better than birds eye. A shame though as haven't been able to buy them for over a year

Dangerous & Faulty – One first gentle use left little shards of the ceramic ball in the food. Dangerous! No response from Jamie Oliver when contacted.

Glasses not actually recycled glass – These glasses are coated color glass. Underneath is virgin glass. The external thin coating cracks off after placing in dishwasher for a few months. I doubt Jamie would be happy to know these are not fully recycled glass  Show details

Handy Product – I have been using both the coarse and fine grater for a couple of months and I find them easy to use. The graters look good quality and work well. … Read more

They are slightly bent but once you get used holding and placing them I see no problem. Its a bonus having covers for protection and storage.

Brilliant, dishwasher proof, easy to use perfect rice – I bought the Jamie Oliver Perfect Rice Cooker to replace an old electric 6 cup non-stick rice cooker which was peeling and was a pain to clean… Read more

properly. The Jamie Oliver rice cooker is ceramic and can be used in the microwave, in the oven or on the hob, the description says it makes enough rice for 4 serves, but when I used it - it really makes 4 very large rice servings which really is 6 normal serves. I used it on my gas hob with white basmati rice, and followed the instructions which were simple to follow, particularly as the inner ceramic has markings has to how much rice to add and how much boiling water to add. There was no mess, or bubbling over and the rice cooked perfectly. And I mean PERFECTLY. Because the cooker is ceramic, it looks lovely straight from hob to table, and the left over rice was still piping hot at the end of the meal. Best of all, all parts are dishwasher proof - and the storage space in the cupboard required is about half that of my other rice cooker! I am really pleased with this purchase.

Jamie Oliver Pop Jars Are Not Airtight – The jars claim to be airtight but clearly aren’t. Moths got in, ruining my stored food. Disappointing and not fit for purpose. They look good but are a waste of money.

Not even one star for this product. I very much doubt Jamie tested this product. Can’t even crush one clove - no leverage due to handle flexing. Also very hard to clean.
